What a great store to pop in and have a browse! Books for all ages, games, puzzles. Really friendly knowledgeable staff. Books a fraction of the price you'll pay in a regular bookshop and cover any topic you can imagine.

Actually love this place it?s pretty cheep and the books r wayyy cheaper. The art supplies are not the best but are whats expected for the price. Some of the stuff is well better than the price tho

I bought some helium balloons for my son?s 16th birthday and was served by Sandra. She was so helpful and kind while helping me choose the balloons. I called Sandra a day before pick-up informing her my husband got covid so we had to delay the party for a week. She was so understanding and was happy to hold on to them. When I called a week later to arrange pick up, Sandra informed she would not be working but her manager Amy would have the balloons ready. I arrived to pick them up but there was no parking, I called Amy and she offered to drop the balloons to me while I was in my car. From the time I bought these balloons to pick up, I was overwhelmed with amazing customer service I received both Sandra and Amy. To top it up, I felt one of the balloons looked a little deflated, when I called Sandra the next day, she did not hesitate to offer a new one or to refill the balloon free of charge. Unfortunately I couldn?t return to the store to do this but I cannot believe that both the ladies went over and beyond to assist me. Fantastic customer service, all branches should have staff like Sandra and Amy. Thank you so much ladies xxxx

Meeting up with a large group of friends, we found the restaurant spacious with good service and tasty food. The choice on the menu suited all , ?The specials? did not disappoint. Everyone was happy with their meal. A good choice for all .

Stopped off here for lunch as in Chingford. Although they were a few tables when we arrived, when we left, there wasn't a table available. A good selection on the menu. Staff were friendly

The shelves are always fully stocked. Always enough staff to serve you. I like their selection of books that are probably the cheapest prices you can get when you compare to other shops, offering online prices. They also have puzzles, arts and crafts and gifts.

Firstly, the staff!!!! Really helpful, friendly, and kind. My son has autism and the staff are very good with him.He can sometimes be in the shop a long time and they are always very nice to us.Cant wait for them to re openGood selection of goods and something for everyone

I love this restaurant and the food is very good. However, I am very concerned that none of the staff wear face masks! They have apparently been told by the management ( who also never wear masks) that it's not compulsory. FYI manager, the government guidance is as follows: "Face coverings must be worn by retail, leisure and hospitality staff working in any indoor area that is open to the public and where they're likely to come into contact with a member of the public."

I?ve been coming in here for a few years now and their seafood risotto is so good that I have it pretty much every time. But on my last visit I had a pizza and that was great too. The staff are lovely and welcoming and it?s a great local restaurant. If you have room I can recommend the tiramisu.
