This hotel is a shambles. My room is dirty and the fixtures are very poor. Room window locks are broken, air conditioning doesn?t work and only blowing cold air. Bathroom shower is filthy and nowhere to hang wet towels. The room is noisy from the A406 because it won?t close properly. Dining here is a lottery and food is rubbish. I went down for dinner at the time advertised from 18.30, only to be told the chef is in a meeting. So only able to serve pizza and chips. Don?t stay here because I never will again.

The room I was given was leaking so much that half of the bed got wet and when I complained to.the staff , all they said was there wasn't anything they could do about it. Kelvin and another guy who I didn't get their names were particularly hostile to me and infact asked me.to.leave if I couldn't "manage" the leak. This is so unprofessional and I felt really cheated and helpless. Can I add that the hotel are aware of this leak as they actually left towels next to the bed to absorb the drip from the Air-conditioning unit. No one should be allowed to go through this dehumanising predicament and Its really unfortunate I got myself into this.

I stay here often due to its location and rewards programme. Staff always very pleasant (apart from night porter - a bit grumpy.) the car park is usually fairly full of vans - I can never get a disabled space; full of vehicles not displaying blue badges. Some rooms the air conditioning works, but not all. Overall it does what it?s says on the tin, pleasantly

We stayed here bank Holiday weekend for 3 nights. Hotel seemed fine on checking in, however when we got to the room we tried to put the air con on and it didn't seem to work. We gave it a while and when it was still not working, went down to reception. My husband was told they'd send maintenance up in around 20 minutes to look at it, so I stayed in the room while he took the kids to sainsburys. I then realised there was also no remote in the room for the tv. When he got back nearly an hour later nobody had been up, so we went back down to reception, to be told by someone else that the Aircon not working is a known issue, and asked if we wanted a fan. We took it and it was a cheap desk fan that was too noisy to sleep with it on and barely made a difference. We had to sleep with the window open which was really loud due to the motorway next to it. By the last night the fan had given up altogether and just made a noise. My husband went down to complain, and we were told we couldn't complain direct to them as we'd booked through Expedia, so we needed to go through them (which we have). Maintenance turned up Monday morning (we checked in Friday), pressed the same buttons we had and confirmed it was broken, and that was it. Apparently we heard from other guests that some air con units were just leaking down the walls as well. Will not be stopping here again.

We stayed for one night on Friday 25th August and paid £167.93, this was with an approx. £10 discount as I had some Expedia points to use. Positives ? Staff were lovely ? We were able to check in early and got a free late check out upgrade ? Problem resolved quickly. The room wasn?t ready when we got there after checking in, though the receptionist did check that it was with the house keeping team whilst we were checking in. She apologised profusely and offered to arrange for it to be cleaned straight away. This didn?t matter too much as we were heading out for the day anyway. ? Breakfast included, hot and cold options available ? Paid parking reasonably priced, £7 for 24 hours ? Quiet, no noise from other guests ? Good sized room ? Good powerful shower ? Reception had toothpaste free of charge (we forgot ours ? Good transport links Negative ? Hotel very tired overall and in need of a renovation. It felt like it hadn?t been redecorated since the early 2000s ? Fixtures, fitting and furniture worn. One plug socket looked like an appliance had caught fire at some point ? Unpleasant smell, it smelt like the room was a smoking room at some point and the smell had become ingrained ? You can only pay for 24 hours parking at a time, it would have been nice to be able to add on a few hours at a time to that. Instead we had to pay £7 for another 24 hours (there is a Sainsburys next door which has 3 hours free parking) ? Breakfast is only till 10am at weekends, it could have done with being later Overall, this was an average stay. Due to the need of a renovation, I don?t feel the price reflected the quality of the place. The staff earned it an extra star, I would consider returning if it was renovated.

I was a little skeptical when I arrived as this hotel is outside London proper but it was central to where I needed to be. The desk service is very professional and friendly. The facility is clean and bright. The room, while small, offers everything I needed however they did not have a dresser only some shelves to store your clothes. I am glad I had a room with 2 twin beds as I used the other one for my suitcase and some of my clothes. The free WIFI was great and I was able to work in the evening. Breakfast is offers several options and from hot items to cereals and pastries. Tasteful presentation and sufficient servings for everyone The location provided easy access to personal and public transportation. There is a small bar in the lobby and while I have not taken advantage of it I have seen several people mingle there in the evening. This is a great facility for families or small groups traveling in the London area who would like a nice place to stay a ta very reasonable price. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to others who are not looking for a Central London experience.

Recently stayed for six nights as usually stay at the Premier Inn, which has hiked prices so much its ridiculous! To be honest, its not much different here, but did include breakfast, which i'll mention later, and the location, which wasn't as good, but worked out alright. Check-in was handled very well by a very pleasant young lady, and in fact, most staff we had any dealings with were nice enough, not that we had much. We were given a room that had an adjoining door (maybe all do?) we had a couple of children next door, we suspect the parents had an adjoining door on the other side, got a little noisy at times, and at one point they obviously worked out how to open their connecting door and were banging on ours, fortunately it only happened the once. The room cleaning did happen, to an extent, which at other hotels you have to request, a cop out following covid, to be honest we are more concerned with getting tea/coffee/milk replaced, funny enough they were not replaced, but we approached housecleaning in the corridor and they were accommodating. Bedding not changed during our stay, simply made up, but that was ok, on one occasion we were left one large towel and three small ones, a little odd for two adults, maybe three small ones equal one large one! Having read the reviews we didn't bother with breakfast, finished at 9.30 weekdays, and reading the reviews you had to be there early to get a lot of things, couldn't be bothered, there is a big Sainsbury's next door with a cafe, also a Morrisons, so preferred that, on the last day we tried the breakfast at the hotel, it was busy, had little choice, and not very tempting to be honest. We may possibly stay again, but that is more because of a complete lack of competition in the area.

Not the best! We stayed here for 2 nights in august while sightseeing in london. The parking at 7 pounds a day was really reasonable and simple to sort out. The wifi was great! The staff were helpful and friendly. The room we had wasn?t really big enough for 3 people as the camp bed was in the way of the dressing table. It was also an adjoining room and we had rather noisy neighbours at 3am organising either a drugs or sex deal! To be fair reception dealt with it and it soon quietened down. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles, no tables, no cups, spoons, milk, hair in the beans etc etc. would we stay again. No!

AVOID!!!! At almost £200 for a twin room for one night I was disappointed at the mid renovation reception area, the uncomfortable bed, the smell! But I was appalled to find human poo on the door frame of the toilet. I flagged it up to staff who came and saw it, they moved us to another room which was dirtier!! Carpets looking like they?re from a crime scene, pee all round the toilet base, smeared handprints on the windows and walls it was grim. We decided to stay in the original poop smeared room and asked a member of staff to clear it at about 11pm when we returned from a concert. We were still waiting at midnight after asking at reception twice more. Eventually someone came up and sprayed it and wiped it, then decided the put the poo covered tissue into the bathroom bin and leave it there. They tried to tell me it?s grease from the door lock?? Clearly not. They failed to clean it all off the frame but at half past midnight I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. The beds were so uncomfortable, there were questionable stains on the bedsheets the air cont unit was squeaky then silent then loud so in the end we turned it off but could hear the lift (as we were opposite it!) It was overall gross and dingy, which is so disappointing because it cost almost £200 for one night and I had to pay for parking on-top of that. The breakfast was mostly gone by 8:45 and no one cared to replace stuff. To be honest I wouldn?t want to eat there anyway. Avoid.

Not sure what other people have experienced. We had a pleasant stay whilst attending Beyoncé concert at Tottenham stadium. Staff super friendly, room clean, beds comfortable, breakfast good. £7-8 Uber to Tottenham stadium. Would recommend for visiting Tottenham stadium. Not ideal for visiting central London but people should be aware of this before booking.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We found the breakfast staff extremely rude and the breakfast services really bad in general. On 2nd day of our stay we went in around 9 for the breakfast - we were 2 families with 3 toddlers and a baby between us. There were no juice, no cutlery, no clean tables, no dishes, no croissants or muffin, no scrambled eggs, no milk, no glasses, no beans, no warm milk. We asked all 3 breakfast staff and the responses we got were - "we are not Kitchen staff but are doing this only for today" / "you should have come earlier as food does run out by 9" and "I am busy with other things". We also asked the manager and she says speak to the kitchen staff and they MIGHT help you!!! I have never really seen this level of incompetence and the feeling we got was the staff didn't really care. Extremely disappointed - there were other customers complaining as well. Also the staff were not trained to deal with breakfast or also didn't understand the simple concept of good customer service. It was really difficult for us with 3 toddlers and a baby and this did spoil the whole day for us. We all went out on an empty stomach and had to get the kids breakfast elsewhere. The family room was quite small and with a double bed and a sofa bed there wasn't really any space left in the room. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The room didnt have proper lighting and even with all 3 lights on it still seemed dark. The hotel is far from any tube station and so not really convenient if you are visiting London for few days as a tourist.

Stayed at this hotel many times but I think they need to invest to improve rooms and facilities. Staff were all pleasant, but Christian and Madelene deserve a special mention who coped extremely well at a very busy time. Thanks for your efforts.

Stayed here for 2 nights while going to a show at the O2. Room was ok, bearable for a short stay. Breakfast very disappointing and not up to IHG standards experienced in other Holiday inn express hotels. If you get there after 9am there's hardly any food left, cutlery empty, no serviettes, no yogurt or fruit juice, we were told they had run out. Staff appear overwhelmed and look like they don't want to be there. Breakfast tables dirty & liquid spilled on the floor. Had to get Room key card re-coded twice during our stay. Staff unwelcoming at check in. A shame IHG don't look into the poor service here.
