Terrible customer service.
Clearly don?t want to be here or accept Amazon parcels. Got fed up halfway through and decided to serve customers who joined the queue behind me while colleague dossed about behind them.
Litany of bad reviews from previous customers can?t be wrong!
Will never return and will never use again for Amazon returns.

If I could give minus stars I would. The guy who works the graveyard shift is absolutely disgusting. He refuses service when he feels like it. Especially to men or gay people. I have literally been to get stuff 2 minutes after my female friend and been told I cannot be served. This was after he served her, gave her a free chocolate bar, and been messaging her in Facebook.
I have put numerous complaints in to Waitrose and Shell and though I've had apologies, nothing else has been done.
This man argues, swears and threatens people from behind the glass, clearly holding on to whatever power he believes he has.
He is losing business for the company and is outright repugnant to customers.

The man will never let people inside past 10pm despite wanting to buy alot of items.
He has no patience and will outrightly ignore you.

I visited the petrol station today
08/05/25 to return an Amazon Parcel and joined the queue on entry. I was told by the 1st available attendant that I would need to wait for his colleague to become free so I moved to the right and waited until she became free. The 2nd attended looked up at me and I believe she proceeded to talk about me in her own language. When she became free, she asked me to step aside so she could serve the customer behind me to which I replied, ? oh but I am also a customer waiting to be seen?, she then shouted at me WELL WAIT, and continued to fumbled around on an iPad looking device for about half a minute. She then scanned my QR code and showed me the item on her device, then packed the return in a bag ever so slowly, walked it to the back of her section, came back and told me it was all done, I then left. This was done to show me that I was at her mercy and a comeback to my statement of not wanting to be seen after the customer behind me. There was zero explanation for seeing the customer behind me first, it wasn?t busy, there was only me in the store after the customer in-front of me left, it?s just plain rudeness. A customer walks into your store, you don?t know who they are or what they do for work but believe me when I say that I will be taking this further.

This company are bad news and a danger to public safety!
They sold me a faulty and dangerous phone charger cable which fell to bits 4 weeks after i bought it. I took it back, they refused a refund, i told them it's a dangerous product (it was literally sparking during use) and yet it's still being sold. They didn't give a damn. I escalated it and the management still didn't give a damn.
If this product causes a fire in someones home or an injury, i will take it to the press and to the courts and make sure they see the full force of the law, so please get in touch if a product you bought from a Shell garage puts you in danger.
The management are ignorant, badly trained and don't respect their consumer rights or public safety laws. They gained a quick £10 for refusing a refund but lost a regular customer and got a bad review in the process. Their loss not mine, I can go elsewhere.
As for their standard reply below, they?re not even slightly ?sorry? to hear I had a bad experience!

Euro car parks uses this station to Rob customers.
I had issues with the EV charging payment for my electric car but those folks didn't listen to me. I instead got penalised. I WOULD WISH THEIR BUSINESS YO COLLAPSE for colluding with thieves.

I use this Shell petrol station quite a lot. Shopping mainly.
Never have any issues and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I usually come to this place for petrol and buying groceries but today, I went there to see what kind of nuts they have, i noticed the lady worker there was watching me, so I asked her where the nuts selection was and she show me the selection. I was looking these packet of nuts but it was not what I was looking for so I put it back and left the store and that?s when the lady accused me of not paying the nuts that I have put back. Showed her my pockets to say I don?t have any nuts on me, telling her that you didn?t have any almonds, pecans and walnuts. I felt embarrassed to be accused of something i haven?t done and won?t be coming back to here. Your staff need to be trained properly and I understand shoplifting does happen but your staff should know the procedure about this. It happened at 8:50am to 9:00am, I was wearing dark gray and black jacket, shorts and white male with dark hair. Your staff need to do better!!

The guy is using bad language. He shows aggressive behavior. I just ask for Uber order which is just type c to USB cable. He says that he will give after 30 minutes. I came here after traveling 5 mile distance to pick up order at 4:20 am dated 28_09_2024. but very bad experience of staff boy behavior.
Never came here again to pick order.
