Very rude customer service on the phone the guy barely understand what I was saying on the phone. Then at the end rudely cut the phone after asking if there was anything else. So rude even if it was cheaper dealing when them is very off putting.

The best selco in London and the do what others don?t. June the senior sales always kind and very helpful . She take her time and try to understand the builder even most of them don?t speak engulfing even my builder. Selco should proud such an employee like her to have in the team and company . The most positive review.
I would love to have my colleague work with me to be like her .

Very poor customer service, to stay an hour in the queue to pay for goods then to security 30 minutes to counting what you all ready paid.

The customer service is beyond bad. I?ve been a customer for years. Popped into this store for wood. The staff tell there is stock. I was shown where the stock is. After asking another member of staff, yes that?s the correct wood that?s on offer. End up at the till. Different price. Wrong wood. No one wanted to help you out. Turns out the wood was outside. 6 members of staff doing nothing. Just telling me where to go. Selco owners need to look at this store urgently.
