The best stocked of the supermarkets in the area (unless you want cheese in which case the Morrisons up the road is better). Loses a star for the annoying gates that don't let you out without a receipt, which makes it a nuisance if they don't have what you're looking for and you try to leave without buying anything.

This used to be my main and only supermarket, until COVID... they do not know how to treat their customers at all. Since August, no other supermarket has queues (apart from this Sainsbury's)... Have people not heard of home delivery or click & collect? It is absolutely ridiculous!! I have never been so disappointed with their service, attitude and customer service. One time during lockdown, I've asked security to let me in as I had an accident and was unable to stand in the queue for 30+ minutes and they didn't let me... so I went to Morrison down the road and they let me in. Not happy, and I would not recommend to anyone!!Years on, and not much has changed... Mother's Day and buckets of water are empty, shelves are destroyed and a complete, utter mess... disgusting!! They should be ashamed leaving so many customers with no flowers for Mother's Day... when were we supposed to buy them? A week ago?!

A massive Sainsbury's! Loads of stuff to get at this Sainsbury's! I also went to the restaurant hub (you can see my review for the restaurant hub low hall). There's also a bunch of other shops nearby. Highly recommend!

Popped in to pick up a sandwich meal deal. Affordably priced and well stocked shelves made it a difficult choice but I left happy. Staff very friendly and clearly enjoy working there. See you again soon!
