Yeah it's true, people here have a real attitude problem. Curt and no manners whatsoever. Apparently they are refusing to accept royal mail parcels that have been redirected there. I was overcharged with an international large letter price when the envelope was within the parameters for a normal letter. Use this place only as a last resort and expect little cooperation from them.

I have never ever recieved such inept and rude service in a PO ever. I redirected 2 parcels to this PO as thd sorting office behind is only open for 2 hours. When I went to collect thd parcel thd woman in a hijab had such a bad attitude that she immediately told me to go to the sorting office af the back. When I told her it was there, she grudgingly went to look in the back and found one parcel . I went back to the sorting office who redirected me to the PO. And then I met the manager who has no customer skills whatsoever, obnoxiously rude and inefficient.

Has got to be the worst post office. Rude with no customer service. Don?t know how to talk to customers. Would rather travel afar than tolerate their rudeness

I send my daughter to mail a parcel Tracked 48 which should be £6.29.The woman who served my daughter charged her £11.95 and mail the parcel Express 48.This is not the first time when this sort of mugging behaviour has happened.Are the Royal Mail personnel getting sales comision?!Very disappointing and shameful, not to mention unprofessional.

One lady that works in there is extremely rude all the time. She sbaos and shouts at custmers. How on earth does she still have a job there? Look at all these reviews and these are only from people that bothered to leave one. Despicable! Why is the management not doing anything. They will lose another client today for sure!!

Utterly unprofessional and poor customer service. The lady at the counter didn?t even let me finish saying good afternoon and I?d like my parcel sent by Freepost, when I was interrupted with an abrupt ?put your item on the scales?. Why bother working in a customer faced positions if you lack basic customer interface skills.It?s no wonder there?s a 1.8 score on Google Reviews. I?m surprised it?s not less?.!

Poor customer service. The old lady was just rude, impolite and no manners. I only came to return a parcel and received a rude attitude.

I?m a new resident in the area, and as such not familiar with the local post office. Had a very hostile first time encounter today, with a male at the counter (who is also the manager might I add!). Evidenced ID and requested one package (had forgotten that I had two), he went around the back and brought with him a single package?I walked out the PO and then back in when I remembered that I had two packages to collect, when I approached him at the counter again he became very combative in speech and remarked that he?s not going to ?unnecessarily waste his time looking if I only told him I was collecting one package? to which I responded ?are you that inept?? And all hell broke loose and he said I had to say sorry and beg before he?d hand anything over, even though it is my property. I had to get another of their staff from the rear to intervene, before he handed it over. I have filed a complaint with the Royal Mail to alert them of his behaviour. What a nasty piece of work. I?ve attached a photograph of him for your reference. I will NEVER re-direct my package to this PO again.

Lady behind the desk had a problem with her card reader but insisted it was my card at fault.I put my card in 4 times and it said PIN ok, but the transaction wasn't going through.She rolled her eyes and said "Oh my God" really loudly thus embarrassing me in front of the queue of people.I went and got gash and went back, and found that they were doing cash payments only due to card reader problems.The lady still refused to admit to being in the wrong and refused to apologise, and I found her extremely rude and dismissive.

The staff are incredibly rude, and have no customer service whatsoever. The male worker spoke to my mother in a disgusting manner after politely asking a simple question. They deserve no business at all.

The workers here are horrible. They refused to issue money that was internationally transferred via MoneyGram due to it being too much (£1000 ) I asked for the lady to scan the barcode to check if the confirmation was received , it wasn?t. I then said I?d wait for a few minutes to check. She wasn?t happy with that and said she didn?t want to scan a second time! I didn?t understand why as I?ve never had an issue before. She said she doesn?t want to keep scanning to check if it?s been approved. She said to come back tomorrow,I respectfully declined and she rudely says ? well, we don?t have £1000 to give you anyways!? With this smirk on her face. I knew she was being petty but she had no reason to. I?ve been going to this post office for 25 years! I?m appalled by this women?s behavior!
