“I have been using this Pharmacy for some time, I can honestly say they always give an excellent service - from the simplicity of completing the order and ease of filling out the consultation, to the quick dispatch and delivery, and even aftercare. Not only are they my 'go to' for my medication, but the lady pharmacist is extremely helpful and takes the time to give me advice and is always happy to help with any queries I have no matter how big or small. I feel I gain more value from her than my GP.”

“Five of us each ordered a dish and shared them. All were excellent with great balance of flavours. Good rice and breads. Friendly staff and fast service. We came with a couple who had, that day, moved into the area. What a great start. It will be their local! Sitting in one of the circular booths was a great fit for our group. They also have standard tables. The menu has a range of standard and house specials. Large enough to have a good choice but not too large to be overwhelming! We were offered complimentary drinks at the end of the meal, which ended the evening on a generous ‘high’. We will be back”

“A Dr spoke to me last night and said she would send a prescription to boots which was there and waiting for me this morning. Pretty good service from 111 and Boots.”

“Boots only store in whole Chingford area. Staff is good. Specially pharmacy services fast and well maintained. Only store layout is bit odd and entry door is complicated to use. It is not fully automatic from outside and inside you have to press a button. Also it is getting unnoticed because of scaffolding next door. I hope when nextdoor building reopen this store will be reorganize & get busy again.”

“Really nice staff and shop, however the repeat prescription service can be a bit hit or miss; they have always said it is the doctors surgery but speaking to a neighbour, they too have issues and it is a different surgery they use. Also, I see another google reviewer having issues too (again siting it is the doctors surgery). Hmmm?”

“Had a Covid Moderna Booster jab here, and the appointment was fast and on time, and the staff were professional. No walk in service so the appointments were scheduled and efficient. Would recommend for this - but unfortunately haven't used the Pharmacy for anything else so can't comment on the day to day running”
