Very friendly staff who obviously care about the animals ?

few weeks ago, I visited Pets at Home in Chingford with my daughter to purchase her first goldfish. At the till, we asked for some assistance and were told someone would be called. After waiting a while and asking again, the colleague kindly radioed a second time, but we were still waiting.
I then decided to look for help myself and came across a staff member named Amy, who was putting stock out. The moment I asked, she immediately stopped what she was doing and offered to help us without hesitation. From start to finish, Amy was absolutely fantastic ? she was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
It?s rare nowadays to come across someone who truly takes pride in their work, but Amy is one of those people. She is a real credit to the Chingford branch and to Pets at Home as a company. I really hope she is recognised and celebrated for her outstanding work ethic and customer care.
Since that visit, every time we return, we make sure to see Amy ? she has been phenomenal each time.

Really disappointed with the click and collect experience at Pets at Home Chingford. I arrived with an email confirming my order was ready for collection, expecting it to be a quick in-and-out. Instead, I was left waiting far too long while staff struggled to locate it.
Meanwhile, I watched three other customers in the regular queue pay for large baskets of goods and leave ? all while I stood waiting at the collection point for what was supposed to be the faster option. When my order finally did turn up, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay. Two staff members even had their backs to me, despite the fact I was the only customer left there.
Poor customer service, no sense of urgency or courtesy. Won?t be using this branch ever again.

Amazing staff the best around. I got a bunny from them Blue and the service and care I got from all staff that handled me and Blue was outstanding. I?m no good with names but the manager and a tall lady I spoke to mainly about blue and she named him, they gave such grate advice and care the whole process, even after getting him I could reach them with zero issues and ask questions etc. Amazing. All the staff on the till and on floor very friendly and lovely people who clearly love animals and would love to help us and animals. I would most definitely recommend this one. I?ve been to a few pets at home and this is one of my favs. Thank you guys Blue is so happy and so are we. ?

My cat Minu had a check-up and also a nail stuck in her paw (poor baby) ?. The vet was efficient, friendly, and helpful, and she gave amazing advice. She was great with Minu, made her feel calm and relaxed.

Was served by Lisa over a month ago to purchase two hamsters for family members, and then a month later came in and was served by Christina to purchase two other hamsters for myself and my partner. I must say, the professionalism, customer service and such positive attitude was outstanding.
Both exceeded expectations, and both handled the animals very well and we could see the genuine respect and kindness they had towards them.
They are both amazing individuals and I commend them for their services and how they represent Pets at Home.

I was so delighted when the shop assistant helped me to find the dry food for my cat so quick and I was lucky that there was the last pack of dried food for cats with skin allergies. Then two of the cashiers were very friendly to help me with the logging in to the Pets App to tap . At the end I just passed the phone to the cashier and she had done for me herself and I could use the 10% discount!
