The moment I asked, she immediately stopped what she was doing and offered to help us without hesitation. From start to finish, Amy was absolutely fantastic – she was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
It’s rare nowadays to come across someone who truly takes pride in their work, but Amy is one of those people. She is a real credit to the Chingford branch and to Pets at Home as a company. I really hope she is recognised and celebrated for her outstanding work ethic and customer care.
