One of the worst nationwide banks, everytime i go there, the cashiers take forever, give me terrible customer service and they are so slow asif people got nothing better to do! the elderly looking asian lady who sits behind the cashier's on the side on the computer just keeps staring dead in the eye and looks like she's a spy or a predator! This Asian lady has been watching my transactions and my querys so closely everytime i go in there! she even came and checked my ID and documents from the cashier which made me feel so uncomfortable and its not the first time! This lady clearly judges people by their appearance and is very intimidating. I was so annoyed by her suspicious behaviour that I felt to call the police on her! This Asian lady is annoying and needs to be replaced otherwise I would be changing to a different bank soon!

Today I be on the branch nationwide Chingford I gonna said I go if the problem the account my Mather in law she doesn?t speak English well I would like to share an excellent experience at this branch Chingford Banc nationwide i can say that the manager is very patient and well educated, she is also helpful in helping people resolve any problem related to the bank, I would give 10 stars for her and her team, completely different from the service at the branch. woodgreen who are arrogant and uneducated to help bank customers thanks.

I have only a very good experience at the chingford branch,even when I've been struggling financially.They are helpful and friendly, the computers have taken over staff and staff levels and this is why we have apps,but it's not the same.You can't have any interaction with a machine,it's a shame that all banks have closed down.So I'm glad I chose Nationwide.Keep up the good work

We still have a Bank is still willing to serve the Public..The staff are very pleasant and helpful..I hope they reap the benefits of other lesser banks that close and cease to be a public service for the ordernary normal people.

First time came to chingford branch as Walthamstow branch is renovating. This chingford branch is so so slow. They talk more than they do work. Thursday 28.2.19 at 10.00 am. I can't wait for E17 one to open again i miss those lovely staff.
