I could give this a zero star but I can?t, terrible service. Terrible food. Terrible atmosphere, all I heard was a baby crying and crying and crying. It was awful. At this point just knock it down.

Worst McDonald?s ever .
Slowest service ever .
They always ask you to park when going through the drive through , even when there are no other customers waiting . Absolutely ridiculous.
If I wanted to park and wait why would I come through the drive through.

This has to be the slowest McDonald?s I?ve ever set foot in. The staff have no care or haste whatsoever. I came in on a Sunday morning and there was less than 10 customers. It still took nearly 37minutes to get a coffee and sausage McMuffin.

Place an app order in store and the order was ready in less than 10 minutes and 100% accurate.

Restaurant almost empty yet waited 14 min for a simple order. Burger came out lukewarm. Apparently unsuitable when you want a quick meal.

There is always such a long wait in store and at the drive through, a drive through shouldn't take 30 minutes and a wait in a bay. Taking too many delivery orders to keep up. Close the drive through if you can't keep up. Was even a delivery driver outside crying.

We have waited nearly 30min.,though so many staff it really doesn't make sense.
Obviously, there is not far food in this branch.
This branch has to deal with: Drive ? thu, dinning in and Deliveries and that's no organisation,even in the day that wasn't busy inside only 2 persons still have to wait nearly 30min.
Deliveries were done and waiting for drivers,not kept in hot place, meant by the time food is delivered the customers would have been very cold.
Missing food on delivery, but no one answers phones ?.
No changed at all since my last review in 2021
They really just don't care how they sent delivery out .
Still nothing has chanced ,same rude staff - Connor the manager ,shout at customers,calls customer Rude ,and threatening to issue parking fines though free parking .
He definitely can not be a manager ,he's too nervous and seems to control behaviour issues .
Even on local social media ,customers have complained about his behaviour, and he definitely doesn't lead by example
At deliveries, that's ALWAYS missing food, and no one answer phone so you always end it up losing money,not to mention that fries are only half filled. Also, food arrives cold ?
Burnt food and half size fries for the price of a large one .When are you going to send a proper order out ? 02.10.24 ,same things ,no change whatsoever ever.
Ordered plain tripe cheeseburger and got one burnt with onion. I have no idea why I can not post pictures
