They have a nice selection of art and craft materials. Jill on the till is always friendly. My only complaint is their prices are quite high compared to other high street craft suppliers. They've also stopped stocking Tulip fabric paints, which is a shame.

Great retail experience ! They have all kinds of everything here - staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and keen to make good alternative suggestions if item not in stock.Staff member Sadé was a star at checkout / making my transactions stress free. ?

Went today as I?ve never visited an actual store before and wanted some inspiration. I have only ever purchased online. Most of the hobbycraft?s locations are abit out of the way, would be great if they had high street locations but I guess it would need large areas of space to house their products. Visited especially to ?have a feel? of poly fillers as was having a hard time deciding on which poly fill to go for when shopping online as was unsure of the texture. Unfortunately they are all wrapped up in packaging and no samples available in store for you to handle so I didn?t end up buying any. Big store, however some areas of the shop are lacking stock (card section) and also the fabric section is abit unkept and lacking in variety. Not much deals on either, would be great if prices were more competitive. Staff are friendly and helpful however I?m unsure if I will ever make a special visit to the store again.

Thanking the staff here for prepping my click and collect order while pointing me to the extensive collection of Cricut goodies upstairs.The manager was a darling letting me know about her upcoming Ideal Honme Show presentation and About different materials to use with the Glowforge machine and the Cricut machine blade differences, a real maestro of the craft of hobbying for sure.Found some bottles to craft for 50p too...If you can walk in and out without finding a deal, a bargain or a new item then good luck.Great shop, Greater staff.
