Fionn always make sure the place is clean and tidy, and always has great customer service. He always takes the extra step to make sure my sausage roll is hot. Fionn really deserves some more appreciation.

i?ve been served by this same white lady with a blonde ponytail. has a horrible attitude and piss poor customer service skills. i always greet her with a smile and never get one in return and she never hands me my food, she just slaps it on the counter, no eye contact or anything. it?s honestly feels racially motivated, as she has served an old white man before me and had all the time in the world for him and was even making small conversation with him.

I stopped buying at this Greggs after having a bad experience (I will leave that there). However, I have not seen that employee for some time, so I thought I would give it another go, to be open on the experience, I used Just Eat to deliver it.
Bacon rolls, top notch! Though the bread is a little doughy for my liking, I realise this is subjective and some like that, but you cannot complain about the bacon. Tastes great, and it is proper back bacon, none of that weird stuff you get in McD's.
The coffee was nice, still at a good temperature after delivery, not overly bitter, though on this occasion I think McD's is better, sorry!
Hash browns are a major disappointment, I was excited to see them on the menu, they turned up stone cold and not at all crispy. This was the first time trying them... and the last.
Pain Au Chocolate, looked overdone but actually tasted great, very flakey light pastry with not overly sweet chocolate, for mainstream bakers, very good.
Overall a mixed bag, but I now know how to order next time.

I brought a pastry, thinking this couldn?t possibly be messed up. Oh god how I was wrong, I also had to explain on 3 separate occasions to 3 different members of staff I wanted a latte, pastry was ridiculous undercooked as pictured, I definitely would not buy any meats based foods from Greggs, sorry to say but management should be sacked. I?ll be sending this rubbish back ..

I love the branch of Greggs. All the staff are amazing. Always serve me super fast and always get my order correct. Vicky and all the staff here makes this a great Greggs store.

Didn?t like the Asian lady?s attitude. I came in and she kept asking if there?s anything I want. You can clearly see I?m having a look, so why ask me every two minutes? Like im sort of criminal.

Ordered through just eat and my order was cancelled straight away, I tried calling the shop to figure out why but was rudely turned down by a member of staff, I usually love this greggs but the customer service was disgusting, all I wanted was my breakfast

The Staff there are very chatty and friendly to each other which is good to see, they don't mind me going there and buying everything in sight, they're even give free stuff to the need and helpless.. Their pizza and sandwiches are delicious
