I live in Waltham Abbey. There?s a Dominos in Waltham Abbey less than a mile from my house but for some reason only Chingford Dominos delivers to my house from about 5 miles away

I never leave a bad review, but today I ordered a pizza (Collect in store option). As I reached the store, I got an urgent phone call from a family member with some terrible news and had to stay on call for a minute. I signalled to the man (wearing glasses and the cap that worked Tuesday evening shift 26/3/25) that I?ll collect my pizza in a minute. After I cut my call, I told him my name and what I ordered, and he started raging saying ?no take your time, stay on call longer? to which I said I was really sorry. However he went on saying ?no please stay on your call, your pizza is here, go be on call!!? And didn?t give my food to me. I just stood there really shocked And he handed me my food to me and I left the store. Absolutely pathetic and I?m so embarrassed for your staff, do better.

You people are disgusting. How are you hanging up the phone when all I wanted was a update on the time the food would be arriving. I paid £29 and the shop is now closed how am I meant to stay in communication when the systems does not show correct updates?.

HORRIBLE- asked what they sold and they said ?human body parts?. They must have thought I was prank calling them. I wasn?t- I told my daughter to call because I was busy and she came back to me crying! How do you feel making a 9 year old autistic child cry?!

First time ordering from here. Quick delivery and delivery guy seemed good.
Food: Ordered a veggie supreme pizza and chicken strippers. Pizza was nice but had bits of meat on it (luckily I?m not actually a veggie). Also they delivered potato wedges instead of chicken strippers! Couldn?t be bothered to call and complain. Just won?t use them again.

Ordered a delivery and first off the delivery guy acted like he couldn?t buzz up to my flat so I had to go down. Turns out they packed the completely wrong thing (all desserts) so I couldn?t even have any of it. When I called up the phone responder acted like she couldn?t hear me properly and that my details weren?t showing up on their order list. After some back and forth she said they?d send the correct order but that this would take half an hour because they?re busy ? if you got my order right in the first place you wouldn?t need to do it again! Anyway the correct order never arrived. The food that did arrive was stone cold.
