I have never used decathlon before. This is one of my nearest ones. They have a good range and amount of equipment in the giant 2 story building! Got some shoes and some other stuff! Parking is ok. The changing rooms upstairs and the lift can do a refurbishment though. Other than that, great experience! Highly recommend!

We love Decathlon but had mixed customer service experiences in the past in different branches around the country. However, in Chingford the customer service was spot on and Tez made sure that all our questions are answered and different bike models tested. She also kept us in the loop while we were waiting for some bike checks to finish. Overall, a great experience and we'll be definitely coming back
