To Costco Head Office:
I am demanding immediate action regarding an extremely unpleasant incident at one of your stores. The main culprit was Abbey, who, along with two of her staff members, confronted me in the most aggressive and hostile manner I have ever experienced in a retail environment. I was simply trying on a jacket to check the size, and Abbey made it feel like I was committing a crime.
Not only did she speak to me rudely, she pressured me to buy the jacket and treated me as if I were some kind of enemy. Her behavior was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. The other staff members simply followed her lead, which only made the situation worse.
Abbey?s actions alone demonstrate that she is unfit for any customer-facing role. I expect Head Office to take this very seriously, investigate this incident, and ensure that no customer is ever treated in this hostile and aggressive manner again.

Has a large underground car park with large bays to suit the mix of retail and trade customers that freqent this business. The aisles within the supermarket are wide and the checkout moves along quite quickly.
This is the kind of place where you can easily end up buying stuff you never knew that you either wanted or needed. ?

Costco isn't concerned about staff delivering good customer services,all they care is : big sale
Ask a staff member if knows the prices as was label and couldn't even bother to try to find out the price.
Another day bought furniture hundreds of pounds and got told by the male cashier ,who is also a supervisor, if I don't come and collect the big items ,next day,Costco will refund my money back as they cannot keep my furniture for longer then 1day so I have had to find a van ASAP fas this service isn't available with them.
Didn't appreciate this attitude but as I like the furniture I bought,didn't say anything and thought best to wrote a complain to Head Office.
Spend nearly 1K to be told that if I dont find a van,my furniture will be put back for sale.
Always changing place for many items, probably a marketing tool but always inefficient as staff have no clue where moved.
Went there 1 day ago and same thing, they're moving stuff and cannot find in the same place,asked a member of staff and told me:
we don't have it anymore,so went and looked in all shop and found it ,was a gaming a desk,so you should never ask a staff and look yourself around .
Very sad thing ? that have heard a staff asking for a break and has been refused ,just shocking.
After all the stress and pressure staff are facing there ,not even getting a discount for food or water,,that's disappointed.
Always go with a list if you don't want fo spend more then you have too and don't rely on staff as they haven't got a clue.

1 star if i could give negatives I would. This Chingford Costco is actually a joke come here with a friend on one occasion. staff are so rude it?s unreal. Dominique got the worst attitude ever like she?s doing you a favour by even speaking to you. Katarzyna is the same, just dismissive and acts like you?re invisible...chats the most rubbish as well. Most of the stuff in there is expired or about to expire. imagine paying membership money just to buy food you gotta throw away. makes no sense. Returns? don?t even bother, they move like you?re begging them for a refund out your own money. bare excuses, long stares, straight attitude. Management are no better, they just shrug and chat like your problem ain?t serious. Honestly worst Costco i?ve been to. save yourself the time and just go elsewhere cuz this branch is not it at all.
