Very nice and lovely spot for the coffee bit at times it can get very busy and only one toilet to share between ladies and gents.

Beckky provides an excellent service and is a very welcoming person. I tend to be very cautious when it comes to drinking and eating outside, and she always takes good care of my allergies requirements.

We went to have coffee bought my little boy age of three we were feeding him in there and the manager told us can you pack that away as you?re not allowed to bring food from outside and said if you don?t I will have to ask you to leave which I thought was very rude the way she said it was like she was very annoyed with a three year-old eating which I?ve done in other Costa Coffee and never had no problems there?s very rude in there won?t be going there again

Staff here look miserable and when asking for a coffee it seems like making it is a chore and if you have any special request they are not interested. Coffee itself is ok but what puts me off this place is the staff and the service could be improved. Seeing other reviews it seems like a common these with this place.

Costa Coffee is a great spot to relax and enjoy a quality drink. The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Their coffee is consistently good, and there?s a nice selection of snacks and pastries to go with it.
Whether I?m grabbing a quick takeaway or sitting in to study or chat with friends, it?s always a pleasant experience. The seating is comfortable, and the place is kept clean. If you're looking for a reliable coffee shop with great service. Would recommend.

Ordered delivery and as usual (literally Avery time if ordered from this site) they havnt added all the order in before sending it out so now half of us have breakfast and half of us have to go hungry. Not that hard to check a bag before you send it. Giving up going here again can't actually send what you pay for don't bother offering delivery

The far-side door is very annoying. It opens and closes with air moments and makes a continuous noise, disturbing one?s concentration when trying to read. This trivial matter lets the store down.

I really like this Costa. The staff are lovely, service with a smile, always. I go during the week but make sure to go on Sunday afternoon, when it?s a little less busy and the usual staff are working, the atmosphere is really good.Certainly one of the better Costas.
