“I wanted to write this review to say how amazing the Manger of Sue Ryder Chingford is. We had an item that needed to be collected today for a Halloween party tonight and Comic-Con tomorrow. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the shop did not open today. I then asked on the local Fb group about the shop closure. This is when Mandy replied and said she would come and open the shop for me to collect the item. She came from out of the area and went above and beyond to make sure that I received the item. That’s what you call super customer service and her kindness was so appreciated. Thank you Mandy ?”
