Disgusting behaviour from Naz, who was extremely rude! The pharmacist had also intervened too. I felt bullied and attacked for asking if they Naz could help me find an item. After being rude and giving me attitude I asked to speak to a manger in which she didn?t get however, due to the loud argument.The manager Monzur Chowdhury came out from the back to have a look then went back!The pharmacist and Naz shouldn?t work in this industry if they do not know how to speak to customers! I will be taking this further than a google review!!Avoid this disgusting boots!Go to station road it?s worth the travel.

Called on five separate occasions and they have never answered the phone!! Considering the medication shortage at the moment, it's extremely inconvenient for them to not be on hand at all to deal with customer queries.

Store should be open at 9am, that?s shown on the website. I knocked at 9:15, staff is ignoring my presence. I supposed to collect staff for Christmas I?ve ordered online. Now I have to go to work. Thank you Boots

Once again notice on door informing customers that they are unable to open as pharmacist is late. This is at 11am, no idea when he is likely to arrive. Have no meds for my diabetes and unable to collect new prescription. This is not the first time this has happened, I will be changing to another chemist from now on.

The rudest staff I have come across at boots pharmacy. A staff member was literally shouting at an elderly man because he couldnt understand. And I asked a staff member for a bag for my purchase and she rolled her eyes at me. They need basic customer service training. This branch needs to be reviewed.

When you have a laminated sign that states the pharmacist is going to be late so the store can't open. Its time to get a new pharmacist... as it clearly happens more often than not. 2 days in a row not being able to get in. One due to technical issues and now this. Shambles.

No one serving on a till today. I spent 10 minutes queuing up with people who were collecting their prescriptions! I just wanted to pay for items. Appalling service. I was totally ignored. I will never buy, or should I say , attempt to buy, anything in there again. Shameful customer service.

Boots only store in whole Chingford area. Staff is good. Specially pharmacy services fast and well maintained. Only store layout is bit odd and entry door is complicated to use. It is not fully automatic from outside and inside you have to press a button. Also it is getting unnoticed because of scaffolding next door. I hope when nextdoor building reopen this store will be reorganize & get busy again.
