Absolutely horrible service at the till. First we waited for ages in queue while they dealt with previous customer, no signs of moving things along or anything. No self checkout was available at the time either. Finally when it was our turn, we were quite rudely told that unless we could produce an 'English passport' or an 'English driving licence' we couldn't purchase a garden spade. Never have I ever had an experince like this at a B&Q

Big thanks to Paul who helped me and my friends find a grill and educated me on how to use and build it, an HOUR before my bbq. He also dropped us off at home and helped carry it because our uber was taking too long!! BIG UP PAUL, YOU SAVED MY DAY!!

Today we were at B&Q Chingford. Two scanning machines at the checkouts were not working, there was a sales consultant who was supposed to help customers, her name is Dayla, when we asked her for help she just became rude and did not help at all. In the end, security helped us. I do not understand why they keep such employees who do not know how to do their job and just rude to customers. It is unpleasant to return to the store when such employees work there
