Been here 3 times, its a nice place to chill afterwork, its a place where almost everyone local knows each other. They are dog friendly. They have buy one and get one free cocktail. The cocktails are good service is ok.
They also gave a large outdoor sitting space and a large screen aswell.

Came in earlier today with my daughter to have lunch with other family members and the staff were fantastic.
Despite some of my group moaning because they did not bother to read the menu properly, the staff on duty handled the situation alot more positively than I would of.
My daughter and I enjoyed the food and drinks and will visit again ??

Visited the William bourne for a family meal . Food was amazing and didn?t have to wait too long . Great atmosphere and the staff were all great , making sure we had everything we needed . Highly recommend and will be back.

I had the worst experience in this pub with regards to service, the waitress prioritised a customer who came to order after me, was adamant he was at the bar first, very rude and ignorant, I can't believe that people like this get employed,,,,,no people skill whatsoever!

I haven?t been to The William Bourne for nearly two years. I have a visitor from Sweden and I thought we?d go watch the Euro 24 men?s final in a pub just for fun. It was very crowded, as one would expect on a day like this. But we managed to order after a 10 minute queue, which is not bad, considering. Then we walked to the bar to order more drinks two minutes before the end of the 1st half. Over 20 minutes later, after Spain scored their first goal, I raised my hand trying to draw someone?s attention to us standing here for too long, this woman standing behind the bar came to me to tell me in an unfriendly manner don?t wave at us, we come to you when we can. I replied that I have waited here more than 20 minutes and the second half has started and Spain has scored while you?re serving people on my right and my left but not me. She said we did not see you, it?s very busy. I replied, there you go, I?m trying to make you see me. She replied: we don?t like people waving at us. I didn?t want to cause I scene or complain because it?s my visiting friend?s time not mine. I think she spoke to someone who came a minute later to serve us lukewarm drinks. My friend asked me to just take the drinks and go back to our table. Our table was taken, of course, and we hated the whole thing. I just apologised to my friend and decided not to come here ever again. I mean, what else can you do?!

Best pub in Ewell, many good times and memories here, I wanted to update my review in 2024 the landlady they have now is really nice and genuinely cares for her customers. I enjoy coming here for food, drink and good company keep up the good work.

Hi I would just like to thank Zoe and Chelsea for looking after us yesterday after a few days booking of 25/30 people for my sons 18th Daniel they were very accommodating at such short notice always checking everything was going ok, we all got food we ordered nothing was sold out, Daniel and I and guest can?t stop talking about the lovely day we had. Great atmosphere, pool table which a lot of my crowd love Darts there was a bouncy castle and dj playing music I just want to thank the very busy staff who were really hard working well done also winning Slovakia after our hopes were nearly the end of the euros see you Saturday for England/ Switzerland x
