Very very rude ? nasty man in that shop me and my mum went into that shop to top up our bus pass when the card would not work we. Try to get some money out but we had no money ? as I he took my bus pass and we not let us leave the shop and started to bully my mum and make her cry and me very scared nasty bully of a man. Not very nice and very very rude ?
