Incompetent staff! Recently I sent a parcel which clearly stated ?To? address and ?Return address? on either side of the parcel. The man that was working there that day stuck the postage label on the return address side and probably did not even care to read or check. 4 days later it came back to my house. When I went to resend it again and explained what had happened. The other staff who was present today said its not their fault and made me pay again. Rude! Not even an apology. I really hope you learn from this and work on your customer service.

Absolutely rubbish opening times . People actually work for a living .I know it?s not the guys that work there fault , but it seems that there?s no common sense in business making cut backs with their staff to such stupid opening times .We will avoid buying an item or even pay more for it in future if we can . And avoid Royal Mail in future just because. Not that it will make any difference having a rant . Business need to provide a service to their customers not a dis service.

Their website says they are open Thursday afternoons but they no longer are. Called customer services and they said they should be open but they weren't!

As often I had any parcel the post never delivery it!!! Always left the paper with explanations that there was nobody home! We always was but they even didn't even knock!? Now the same, I have to visit office, where the working hours are changed cause of situation lockdown. I write to redelivery, will see!?:((

As an image is worth a thousand words. This is the vandalism going on with Royal Mail. Corrugated cardboard with the message "Fragile" all around. This is how it got to my family delivered from the Royal Mail Delivery Office in Surrey KT10, left outside their door. You are VANDALS! and there is no excuse for something like this.

Twice now they have tried to deliver while I was at home on Saturdays. Neither times did they ring the doorbell. The worst thing is that they are not open on Sundays at all. And during the week they close at 1:30 every day. How in the holy hell am i supposed to pick up my parcel if they are never open except when I am at work? Absolutely atrocious opening hours that make it impossible to ever pick up anything. I tell anyone sending me anything now to do so by an alternate courier.
