Accessible room is small and has a bath. It is a low bath but there isn't a bath chair. Not great toilet bars either. The restaurant next door stinks of sewage. It is disgusting.

The hotel is very dated and needs upgrading..security doors up to the rooms don't work anyone can gain entry to rooms as the key sensor doesn't work and they stay unlocked..rooms are OK if its the only night..bathroom had mould in areas but the best was comfortable..as every premier inn the phone reception was none existent so unless you used the WiFi the phone was none use able in the room..we had the meal deal as we was staying due to work..the pub has serious foul smelling drain issues not ideal when you're wanting to eat there, was sat right at the back of the bar and still could snell it not nice at all so I'd advise eating elsewhere if possible..I have definitely stayed in better premier inn's..Rooms: Dated needs a face lift..bathroom had mould around the bath spare pillows hadn't been changed fromt last being usedFood & drinks: The monkey puzzle pub seriously needs to get the drains problem sorted..not a good selling point when serving food

Absolutely disgusting room full off damp and mould.Im asthmatic and have been coughing all night! Worst night sleep.we had booked to stay for 4 nights and have left after one,due to this and the fact the rooms are really grotty and falling apart.(sockets loose from wall and nails hanging out off wall) which may I add caught my hair on!Rooms need a revamp and a DEEP clean !Don't stay here!! If you care about your health/safety.Safety: Rooms are not fit for purpose.

The signal outside is amazing ( 5g ) as soon as you enter and walk to your room signal is non-existent, and the free and premium WiFi are not even worth connecting too. Also the bathroom wall and ceiling had mold growing across itAlso the beef eater is absolutely freezing so go inside with your coat on. Food was OK at best..

On the day of checking in, we had a very warm welcome by Ronnie,The room was a little bit clean; mold on the bathroom tiles, hair clips left on the fllor from the previous customers. We asked for the room to be cleaned and a ew set of towels for the next day and nothing has been done. Not even the bins has been emptied.Yasir, the staff from another branch, who was present, while he had to deal with other customers' complaints, gave me a some clean towels and changed the bin.Even if it is Christmas or Christmas eve, I do not think that the hotel should drop their standards

Bed was lovely and comfy, room was a bit tired and needs some painting, the cleaner had left one of the windows open so the room was freezing when I checked in. The Beefeater next door was poor, went back up to the bar at 10.45 when she eventually stopped texting her mate I couldn't order a drink as they stopped serving at 10.30, clearly didn't shout last orders very loud.

Right next door to Chessington park if you going there, but the Beefeater attached was awful, service in evening was diabolical, food was not nice either. Felt sorry for the one girl at breakfast in charge of everything, she was run ragged, food was awful, not her fault did not see a chef at all.

It's OK. Needs some money spent on it. You would think being right next to the theme park they would want to attract returning customers. Would have been annoyed if I spent my own money on the room but work paid. Breakfast was again just OK. I've had better from prem inns.

This hotel is crying out for a refresh. There was a musty smell in the room. First impressions weren't great either, there was a full skip of rubbish right outside of the front door for the 4 days we were there! Location is OK and the car park is free. Unfortunately it's probably the worst Premier Inn I've stayed in.

On the positive side, hotel is in perfect location to visit CWA. Professional staff, clean rooms.Negative sideIf you're unwilling to invest, it might be better to shut it down. It's unfair to take people's hard-earned money due to greed and then claim that all hotels are identical.

A good location and the car park's free but that's about it. This place is in desperate need of a refurbishment and there was an odd musty type if smell in the room. The free wi-fi is terrible and keeps disconnecting.

Honestly we have stayed at this hotel many times so thought we would have a big family outing and booked three rooms with 9 of us staying. We were so disappointed and we will never EVER stay again despite how convenient the location is. I am not exaggerating when I say there were rats absolutely everywhere!!! Hardly surprising with the amount of rubbish all over the place. Rats were actually on the tables outside the restaurant eating food from the plates left outside. Guests had to put their feet up to stop rats running over them. Absolutely horrifying to think food is being served with a huge infestation of rats. Reported to restaurant manager and he said they are aware but nothing they can do. We arrived to be told we hadn't paid for the room that was paid for with a standard rate booking. Proof wasn't good enough so we were told we would have to pay twice and then claim the money back through guest relations. (With a two year old and a disabled child we didn't have much choice other than to pay it) Another one of our rooms had a charge on it ( apparently premier Inn can put the prices up and charge you extra when you arrive even when you paid standard rate!) This took over 1 hour before we could get in our room. The receptionist was bleeding everywhere, he had cut his hand (offered to get him some support but he said he was on his own so blood was all over the room cards) All three rooms absolutely stunk of damp and the air conditioning unit in one room was leaking all down the wall and making horrendous noise all night. The toilets were absolutely filthy and shower head was mouldy. (Definitely couldn't shower, no soap in dispensers either.) Miguel - hotel manager was quite possibly the rudest man I have ever spoken to, not even an apology he actually laughed when we spoke of the rats everywhere. Please stay in a different hotel. Premier inn have refused to offer a refund as this apparently doesn't meet the criteria for good night guarantee... clearly rat infested hotels and dirty rooms are their selling point!

5 min walk to Chessington world of adventure. Good night sleep on comfortable beds, very clean. We arrived very late from travelling from Portsmouth ferry. Easy to find, free parking when staying at hotel. Beefeater right next door for breakfast and meals.perfect for our purpose

On arrival we noticed an overflowing skip right next to the entrance, which was obviously attracting vermin, as one of our party spotted a rat on the first day. I see now, from previous reviews that this sighting is not uncommon! The bedroom appeared very tired and definitely in urgent need of updating and the bathroom showed signs of mould between the tiles. Having purchased the meal deal for my wife and myself, we were looking forward to eating at The Monkey Puzzle Beefeater restaurant attached to the property...what a disappointment that was! We waited over an hour for our dinners to be served, then another half an hour for dessert, which had obviously been left sitting, as my custard was stone cold and my wife's ice cream completely melted. We didn't bother complaining at the time as we were enjoying a family get together, and had already been seated for well over two hours.Regards The breakfast was a complete disaster! The cooked selection only had a couple of hard fried eggs and a few sausages. There was no scrambled egg, no bacon, hash browns, mushrooms, black pudding or beans, just a queue of people who told us they'd been waiting for 15 minutes already. It goes on.....no plates, no bowls, and no mugs at the coffee machine. None of our party had a satisfactory breakfast, and I have to wonder where we could have found £10 worth of anything at all to eat. The tables were all sticky, both in the previous evening, and at breakfast, very unhygenic and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.!
