So, I had ordered from Amazon, an aluminium platform from Hilka. It arrived with some damage to the legs but as this didn't affect the platform itself I wasn't so bothered. That is until one of the plastic feet shattered which then rendered the platform virtually useless as it now had a permeanent wobble. Despite being outside of the Amazon return period, I contacted Hilka direct and their customer service was exceptional. After sending in my invoice and photos they immediately came back and agreed to supply me with a new platform which is due to arrive in the next few days. In my experience, customer service like this is very rare so well done and many thanks Hilka.

Really helpful and empowered staff. I emailed with a query, and I received prompt responses, practical solutions, and an immediate proposal for resolution. Fantastic service. So many other companies could learn from this!

Can't speak too highly of their customer service. I'd broken a connector plug for a tyre compressor and they supplied a replacement free of charge.

Great products, never ever had a problem with anything I have bought and customer services are, quick and very professional, I lost the keys to one of my cabinets and Nigel had a replacement set with me in less than 48 hours, very impressive and i cannot recommend highly enough, superb company

Amazon delivered a faulty jump starter/power bank and suggested the easiest way to rectify the problem was to contact Hilka direct. I'm delighted to say Hilka simply sent me a replacement foc.

Very poor quality tools!I got a circle saw and drill and both have stopped working and customer service was bad, I called them and apparently because I'm just outside the 1 year warranty they will not help me, never buying their tools again

I Bought a spare battery for my drill but had trouble with it, so I contacted Hilka for help. The customer service I received was outstanding. Nigel went above and beyond what I was expecting to resolve this problem. I have used Hilka equipment before and have had no problem with them. Would definitely recommend using and as I said the customer service is exceptional.

New tools seem fine. But don't try to find a spare part as you'll be wasting your time. I've tried all morning to get spare lead for Power Bank 83850400. Annoyed and then some! Paul Rowe.

Great products and amazing customer service.I had an issue with with a delivery of a tool chest, the tool chest was damaged in transit. I contacted the customer services team and my issue was escalated with in a short space of time to director level. The exchange was completely hassle free and at the cost to Hilka.Hilka UK looked into the issue and resolved the problem with the delivery. Nothing was too much trouble and the company has been very proactive in engineering a solution.Their products are excellent value for money and they give a superb level of customer service.I would reccomend Hilka products to anyone.

Do be careful when buying Hilka products (in my case a 6? bench grinder) they offer zero back up of fundamental safety items eg I needed safety eye shield replacements. Something like that is an essential back up spare. Avoid like the plague if I was you. Go to another more safety conscious brand.

I bought a Hilka Max lightweight drill/driver for my wife to use at the stables as she has rheumatoid arthritis. I needed a new 10?8v battery to make the drill more useful, but ordered the wrong one from eBay store. Post Office won't accept batteries in carriage, so took back to HQ in Chessington. Spoke to MD & refund processed the same day. Excellent customer service. I need more tools for work & they will be first port if call.
