£800.29 scammers, I don't understand how a bill for over £800 for 1 adult and 2 children for 3 months! Heat and hot water it says, although I never turn my heating on as my home is too warm even in winter! Absolutely gobsmacked and stuck with these scammers because of where I live. Absolutely disgraceful, no good just posting here, we should all gather evidence, report them, get them investigated and prosecuted!

Would give 0 if I could. Scammers. Bills rise frequently with no explanation or change in personal usage.They will threaten you with late payment warnings and charges when you?re not even late.Their customer service department says they will fix the above but don?t know how to do their job and make it stick.I?m stuck with them because of the place I live in. Sad.

Terrible company. Have been overcharging me ( my last monthly bill is over £500). When i discovered that their meter is faulty they want me to pay £200 to send engineer to fix it! They are using contract clauses and that properties are locked in 25 years contract with them as excuse to charge extortionate fees!

My experience with Equinox Energy has been nothing short of frustrating. Over the past two years, the boiler has failed no less than 10 times, leaving me without hot water or heating on multiple occasions. Each breakdown disrupted my daily routine, with engineers taking an agonizing five hours or more to arrive and fix each time.While I understand unforeseen technical issues can occur, the regularity and length of these outages, coupled with the slow response times, are unacceptable. Equinox Energy needs to invest in higher quality equipment and significantly improve their engineer callout responsiveness. Proactive maintenance options would also be appreciated to prevent these recurring issues and save everyone time and frustration.In fact just take a look at trust pilot and google reviews; they are terrible! You just don't know when you're going to wake up and not have hot water or heating that is working.Yipee (!)

Worst energy company. Poor equipment, even poor customer services, untrained staff, unreasonable charges. Avoid buying or renting a property which has their equipment installed.

The worst energy company I've experienced so far.The customer service was poor and I struggled to receive bills. Many bills were incorrect as we were being overcharged.For the last bill, after multiple emails and calls from my side requesting it, when it was convenient for them they pressured us to pay with threats saying the new tenant's supply was cut - which we confirmed was a lie. They also copied in other parties into a confidential email chain.

My 7 year old son was having a warm shower before bed time about 6ish and suddenly the water turns freezing leaving my son in shook and crying so I looked for the number and they got no out of hours number so that left me and my family without hot water all weekend and bank holiday this company is useless ain?t even got a out of hours number witch could of sorted this problem out straight away and if ur thinking why anit I got a payment card I have and i took it to the shop to pay money on it and the shop said it was not activated. I would definitely not recommend evinox to anyone

We were notified in February 23, that the rate had increased from 16.5p to 44p per KWh. Then received a whopper of a bill for £1534.00 for the first quarter.We are in a new build, and they are the provider in contract with our landlord. I have countless times we have called our the engineers for a leaking boiler and every winter, no heating. Absolutely disgusting.Not fit for purpose at all
