As a driver they asked me to come for assessment and booked me for 3 days work . On the morning of my assessment as I was driving to there office I got a call saying they have cancelled . Absolute joke of a company and would never work for them again if asked

Worst customer service ever. If my staff spoke to customers like we have been I'd sack them on the spot. So rude and refusing to put me through to a manager. This woman jackie is a total waste of time. No people skills what so ever. How she got a job there or anywhere is beyond belief. Complaint has been sent to CEO. Shocking behaviour! No stars deserved.

I applied for a driving role at the Chessington depot, and was invited for a driving assessment, by the driver assessor (Teresa Sandys)While making the 28 mile trip for the assessment, I get a very very late call from one of Teresa colleague, informing me, the assessment has been cancelled, and they would be in touch.Months have passed since, and despite me emailing Teresa to find out when the next driving assessment is, or even if I'm still being considered for the role, unfortunately I have had no reply.I think it's unprofessional behaviour from Teresa and the company.

EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone when I tried to report a van parked outside my neighbors house in their disabled space very rude company and very disrespectful on the matter for have no care about the fact they parked in a space for BLUE BADGE HOLDERS!!!!
