Great store for offers. However, you do need to spend quite a bit of time going through the items to find something good. Quite time consuming

I?ve been visiting this store and the surrounding area for 7 years, and while I have no complaints about the store or its employees, the parking situation is deeply disappointing. The parking company fails to provide clear and visible signage?there?s no indication that parking is free for 180 minutes, and since no ticket is issued upon entry, you?re left to track your time manually. To make matters worse, I haven?t seen any machines to pay, adding to the overall confusion.
Over the Christmas period, we overstayed by 14 minutes due to circumstances beyond our control. The queue to enter the parking area was long, and we were stuck trying to find a parking spot. Despite explaining this, as well as the fact that we were accompanying a disabled person, the parking company showed no compassion or flexibility. Instead, they issued a £75 fine, which feels completely unreasonable and inhumane given the circumstances.
I will absolutely challenge this unfair charge, even if it means taking it to court. The lack of clear instructions, poor management of the parking facility, and the company?s rigid, unempathetic approach are unacceptable. This experience has been frustrating and feels like a complete disregard for customer care.
