This time I?m served by ruki. Arrogant, despondent and totally unwelcoming and disinterested . Another time my server asked me if I want a recipt. I said yes please . He threw the receipt on the surface even tho my hand was out to take it. Zero eye contact . Totally disrespectful and despondent

The staff aren?t too bad here but the reason I give only 3 stars is because I visited here on the 1st of January just before they closed at 9pm and the security guard bit my head off because they were closing, he also bit another customers head off for speaking to the manager. If I could base my review on the security alone I probably wouldn?t even rate 1 star because the security guards at this store are either lazy or rude and abrupt which is not fair on the customers who visit here.

They NEVER pick up the phone. Every time I order anything from them, items are missing, the replacements are literally the worst choices one could make and they send the worst quality products possible. Anything that can?t be sold at the store due to its condition. I would definitely avoid at all costs.

You name it: dirty; messy; pricy; laughable discounts; careless staff; self-check-out machines always faulty; 9 times out of 10 nobody at the counters; a few security workers always on the phone; alarms that go off if you pick up something from the shelves; and on and on...I have been living here for 3 years, I am not just someone who picked an unfortunate day, I know what I am talking about - also I work in retail & customer care services.The only perk? Next to the station, hence the extra star.

Shouted at by the agresvie security guard and told to shut my mouth and pay at a certain till.When I complained I was told I'm racist even though I'm mixed race?I will follow this up as this guy is always very agresvie to every one

A guy named Mclistion (hope said that right) does the best visual merchandising on the products ! I often go there and he really makes everything look so pleasant and well coordinated ! The Sainsbury s has to take him at the main offices and offer him a role in visual merchandising team ! By the way he is very polite and kind. No matter what time it is he is always smiling and willing to help ! He makes my day !!!

Went there with my teenage son who has learning disabilities. The manager and security guard followed us all around, right up to the self service tills where the manager stood pretending to help costumers. Till we left.

Ordered some groceries via Uber eats - Sainsbury?s had run out of so many items that Uber charged me a small order fee and service charges. Utter trash supermarket. Should close

Good local store. Variety is fine for the size of the store but the staff is very impolite.Reason enough to never even go in again.Teach your staff some manners, they come in handy when working with people.

Being a long time resident and regularcustomer of Sainsbury?s in the community, I?ve never had such a bad attitude displayed from a manager in front of staff when all i asked was for change for a £10 note. Michael - Trade Manager ?We?re not a bank, we?re shop?. As a customer i expect a better tone and understanding not wanting to hold £1 coins. A simple ?no, we don?t accept change would?ve been fine?.He needs to work on his tone and approach.
