This was my first time ordering from Pets at Home, it said my order came from Charlton store, and I spent around £130 on items for my new kitten to make sure he was comfortable while I work 12-hour shifts at the hospital. I paid for delivery for my day off but unfortunately, instead of the products I ordered, I received Hills Kidney Care cat food, which I did not purchase and my kitten can not eat.
As a result, I won?t be ordering from Pets at Home again, as I cannot take the risk of receiving the wrong items for my kitten. I have since reordered everything I need from Amazon.

Very unhappy with the way the lady working there traded us, we choose the fish and she kept asking questions over questions I even showed her the picture of my one and she kept pushing on selling stuff over and over even tho we have already everything ready, I get it to make sure that the fish will be in a safe environment but she wasn?t ok to sell the fish with out selling other accessories with it, very unhappy, our tank is minimum the double of the size they keep the one in store. Very disappointed, they prefer to sell stuff and reach their target to get benefits instead of giving safe place to a fish.

I went inside the store looking at things. The security man starts to follow me for no reason. Made me very uncomfortable and it made me not want to shop at all.

The absolute WORST CRICKETS I've ever gotten ripped off on. 3rd stage, ALL turned into beetles over night. Every single one was either dead or a cannibalistic beetle by the next morning. I flushed the entire carton. I'll not get them there again.
