Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful. I had a flat tyres so I ordered 4 tyres online, the same day as the appointment. The 4 tyres weren't needed only 1 tyre had a punch which was fixed, refund was processed automatically.

I have been bringing my car for its annual service and MOT for a few years now, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and as a female driver it's reassuring to know that I'm not being ripped of and most importantly that I'm dealing with a reputable company.

Good service. The only thing, I didn't like the fact that my car was taken for a ride without my knowledge or authorization! Also, no cover was used by the the person who did the mot over the car seat.\\nThis needs to be raised beforehand and take on board for future Mot's.

Absolutely would recommend. Needed a tyre in an emergency. Quick helpful polite. After being kept waiting by a less than interested reception person at halfords these guys sorted me.out within an hour. Would recommend and go there again

Today I had a very positive experience with Valon. I was stuck in Sainsburys car park with a flat battery and without hesitation he helped me to jump start my car and explained in detail in what to do if I am ever caught in the same situation. He was knowledgeable and professional and I am extremely grateful for his time and help. I highly recommend their services.

Great service. Valon was very friendly and professional. Had to replace all my tyres for my Tesla Model X and had been to several garages who didn't have the jack required to lift the car. Thankfully these guys had it and were able to replace all the tyres quickly and professionally!

Caught short on the road with a ticking sound from a tyre which transpired to be a large bolt puncturing the tyre. Called Kwik Fit Charlton & spoke with Lee who to my relief answered the phone & quickly. Advised me to pop down as it was the closest branch to my driving location. Within 1.5 hours I was driving away with a repaired tyre. Fast, efficient & helpful service. Thanks to the helpful engineer who fixed the tyre. Would definitely return.

First time I?ve used this Charlton branch of kwik fit and I was very impressed. Front of house staff had a great attitude, very helpful and the car was throughly inspected. Thank you so much will definitely be returning when the need arises!!

I've been coming here for years for new tyres and always found the service great tbh. Really cannot fault them at all, great prices on premium tyres and a friendly service. Sometimes fitting takes longer then normal but there is a Sainsburys and Costa five minutes away which is perfect for me. I live in East Greenwich and the website never recommends this as a store to get fitted at? So i have to manually select it later in the process. Why would that be? I'm only down the road versus Lewisham/Catford? Seems like an issue with the online tool and they may be missing out on business versus other stores. Also i notice Charlton has a lot of the premium tyres in stock and for fitting straight away which is ACE unlike the other stores which need a day to get the stock in. Surely the online tool should look at stock as well. Anyway, just some website improvements for consideration.

Very unhappy customer, will not recommend to family or friends! Took car in for a free break check,upon collecting car I could barely get it into 1st gear. Clutch had gone in the space of 3 hrs. Car went in fine came out broken. Staff have always been lovely there.On complaing to Area manager, he just spoke over me. Fighting the staffs corner. Nice

Great value tyres. I thought the wheel alignment surcharge was above market rate in terms of cost. Took over an hour for 4 tyres and wheel alignment which I thought could have been quicker. One of my tyres is making a noise each time it rotates which I am told is just where the sticker was and should wear off - hopefully so
