Disappointed with the model painting selection, no primers for model kits lots of items out of stock. Not worth the trip to visit.

Horrible experience
I bought a balloon canister with helium on a charlton for £46. At 17:00, balloons were inflated, which I also bought in this store and at 21:00 they began to sell. In the morning, all the balls were on the floor. My children were very upset because they expected to get joy for more than 4 hours!!! After paying more than £50 along with the balls, I'm just desperate. You have to compensate for the spoiled mood and the holiday!

Always understaffed :( Staff are super super helpful. So much variety and choice. Reasonable prices.
Edit: Staff are superb with their knowledge, they are super helpful they are great. Shame it?s hard to find people on off peak days
