Dreams Charlton is located ten minutes from Charlton Station in a business park. The store is large and provides various options for beds, mattresses and pillows. The staff are very welcoming and look to meet your needs. It is recommended to try the bed test to see what mattresses are suitable for you. The prices can be high and is a sign of the cost of the UK. However, there are regular sales and it is worth waiting for those times. There is another similar shop nearby that you can use for comparison. Overall a great experience.

No pressure shopping!! Great advice and friendly staff. Went into Dreams in Charlton and Was helped by Loud to help me decide which mattress is for me. Purchased a Sealy matress 7 years ago from dreams so kind of knew what I wanted however Loud assisted me with picking the matress for me. He tested me on the matress fit and advised which mattresses are good and comfortable for me. He was spot on with the recommendation. He left me to it to relax on the matress and took my time. All in all a very very good experience shopping at Dreams in Charlton. Thanks again for the advice and helping me decide. Very very highly recommend this store to whoever wants a decent night sleep!! See you again in 7 years! Thanks again Laud!Laud is the Lord of Matresses!!!

Dean was a star very friendly and helpful. I'm wheelchair bound and really needed to use a toilet as the estate doesn't seem to have any. Dean allowed me to use theirs which was a life saver. Honestly a lovely bunch of guys and I would recommend on the service alone.

Attended today with my elderly and disabled mother to be greeted by Charmy and Deen. Their customer service skills were exceptional from start to finish, and were very knowledgeable about their products and guided us perfectly with the specialist product we required. By far the best service we have received at any retail store, credit to them both!

Outstanding service from Laud. He took us to the machine to identify what would be the best mattress for me and my partner. He gave us pillows and took us to try a variety of mattresses. Very kind and extremelly helpful. He offered us hot drinks while we were discussing which mattress to buy.
