Today i visited chalton curry to collect my sony headphone which i booked just 1 hours ago and i just collect that on collection side and just want to make sure everything is working good so i checked the sound and just want to make sure that charging cable is also working and want to try ani i went to repair,refund section. Then theire was one women who was assesting the customer but i didn?t know he was customer and try to ask her before i speek she was like you have to be in line i am with customer in a very rude manner which makes me really sad. There were many other staff who was just standing and doing nothing we waited there more then 15 20 min and one staff came there and we asked him and he did.
Just an advice please train your staff how to-give a good customer service. We have paid for the product we buy you guys are not giving us for free.

The staff there are rude and we had to wait for half an hour for somebody to come and ask what we needed even though we had asked for help twice, and after our complaint even the manager did not have anything to say! Terrible customer service ??

I am appalled by the behaviour of the manager of this store, Daljit - he refused to sell my husband the fan on display which was the last one in stock because ?he was using it?. It is currently 30 degrees and I am heavily pregnant - the store has air conditioning and Daljit lost a customer and refused a sale due to him using a product that is on display for sale. Absolutely shocking and disgusting behaviour. I will be making an official complaint.

Very low customer service experience.
I wish I read reviews before buying. Waste of time, money, nerves. Honestly can?t understand how difficult can be to sort problems for the management. There is absolutely no one who cares. Just advice to everyone DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE!

Most of the staff here work as if they are not paid enough. Asked for the assistance but ignored saying busy. As a customer service, can send next colleague for help but the worst part is they were chatting with each other. After with 'humble' request a young boy came and he was explaining the goods playing with water bottles throwing in air. As its my nearest shop, I bought a smart phone from there but they didn't offer me a bag, so have to carry phone in my hand throughout the way to home.
One humble request and suggestion to manager and HR of currys is don't hire a children and Customers Assistant job who have zero experience in handling the customer. Although I am smart enough to google the specifications of products and have knowledge of gadgets more than your assistant guys, but I will not recommend my friend or family or any other people to go and buy from here. Dumb and lazy Staff
