Extremely difficult to get a refund if you buy in store through your business. Although I paid by cash the refund was refunded on my Curry?s account, whereby the finance team contacts you and requests your photo id and a business bank statement to be sent over before refund is process and sent to your card. It was very tedious and took weeks. I will not be buying from Curry?s again specially when there are the likes of John Lewis, AO etc.

Returned product for not working properly Mike tried everything to say it's my fault for the item not to work, he tried several angles to blame me, i don't understand his problem it's like he's losing out by not arranging a repair or replacement.

Everytime I've chanced to visit this particular store I've experience horrible customer service and always end up taking my business elsewhere. The customer service I received or rather the lack thereof from a lady called Leanne was so unwelcoming and aggressive. This store is absolutely atrocious and I've heard even others say the same thing. Avoid if you dont want your weekend shopping ruined by cold unhelpful staff.

After waiting for 20 minutes to be served , the gentleman that dealt with my order forgot to take my payment and left me waiting for 30 minutes. When he eventually returned to take my payment, he said, "He didn't do it, malice,"and to go downstairs to collect my order. No actual apology was made.When I got downstairs, I thought my item was going back in stock as another gentleman was walking around the store with it.I am very disappointed with the lack of service.

Went to the one on the way to Bromley I?d recommend if you want to be talked at about the product your looking at we found it a pain as we couldn?t concentrate on what we were looking for as he kept following us around and in the end we got what we wanted from online as the bloke in the shop gave aIs no peace to talk and discuss what we wanted we left. Would not go back. Stock in shop was not bad have seen more in bigger stores but not bad for size of store.
