I went into the store about 10 minutes before closing, and while I and other customers were still inside, the staff turned off all the lights. The attitude came across as quite rude and unwelcoming. I wouldn?t recommend visiting this Card Factory.

Always a pleasure to enter and pick up a bargain. Good selection. Gentleman on till by the name of Daniel was very helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service.

I've never been more happy with a service. I walked in and was greeted by a lovely person at the till, who helped me find what i was looking for.
Another staff member informed me of other deals on similar items, (gift bags).
What really made this experience great was how I was in a awful mood and the atmosphere (singing christmas songs) made me leave smiling.

Incompetent ?team manager?. Helium balloon deflated slowly since leaving the store and was told on website it?s normal if it deflates slightly but indoors should inflate again. 10 minutes later it was completely deflated. I returned to store to be blamed for popping the balloon and no help given

Super rood staff. My 10 year old Went to look at a card and staff snatched the card off of his hand, he thought I didn't see him do that to my son and just walked off without even apologising. I Asked for the manager to complain but they refused to accept such a disgusting attitude for no reason.

Very friendly staff, the store manager is very kind and funny as we saw him and couldn't find a 5 year old girls card and he found us some cards that were for girls in the draws and was very helpful, bit small and can be quite annoying to move around people especially when it's busy but overall it's a nice store to get cards for any occasion!

The store and products are great, same as any other Card factory store.This branch has some unhelpful staff on the counters.Made my shopping experience unpleasant.
