The reviews regarding returning items to this particular store is very accurate. Tried to return 2 items and the so called manager along with his female sidekick said it was used and they couldn't take it back. The items were collected from another store yesterday and was by no means used. Returning items probably affects the stores stats so they are doing everything they can however unlawful, to discourage returns to their store . Really pathetic!

Bought a ps5 game which supposedly needed id (even though the email never made that clear). I didn?t bring ID but my partner had, I also showed a picture on my phone but she didn?t want to accept it. She said I was definitely over 18 but looked under 25 - the game is not suitable for under 16s and I look over 18 in her own words so whats the point of this interaction? Heard the same woman being rude to another person trying to return something. It?s an argos pls relax

Rude, unprofessional, charlatan establishment. Tired to return something in perfect condition. They damaged the box by opening it and said that the product was not in a resalable condition. I had kept it at home for about 16 hours. I had not even opened the box. This is against the Consumer Protection Act. Stay away as they operate unlawfully. Beware! As they have now damaged the packaging I have to speak to the Firm's customer service and this circus of an establishment is ignoring even their head office guidance. I am at a loss...

Dont buy from these clowns!! Returning an item is nothing like what they have written. I spent ages arguing with the rudest manager ive ever come across. Returning a perfectly unused item the very next day. Unexcepted! Be very careful of this almost criminal approach to customer service.

Hours are wrong. Google says open until 10pm, I got there at 9:02pm and they were closed.Sainsburys staff said they are open until 9pm.Please update

Terrible customer service. They disrespect the customers, bought a phone open the box to inspect it and it was faulty. They refused refund. Never buying from them again
