Gym is okay but I?ve been there less than two years and the price has gone up by a third since I joined. I will be looking elsewhere. The place stinks and equipment is mostly out of order. I don?t see how we have to keep paying more.

Great gym, well equipped and generally not too busy. Im not sure if they offer contract free options but do bare in mind before joining.

Hi please please do not join this gym I went on holiday and I have cancelled my membership long time ago the still take money and no one is responding The stuff I spoke to today 11:57 am the date is 21/05/2025 I spoke to the so rude is staff hang up phone on me without any reason hung up phone on me The hang up phone on me last time as well

My experience with Anytime Fitness Greenwich has been the worst gym experience I?ve ever had. Having visited multiple Anytime Fitness locations across the country, it?s clear that this branch is in desperate need of updating. The equipment is outdated, the facilities are poorly maintained, and the overall atmosphere is disappointing. The Manchester branch, for example, is far superior ? modern, clean, and professionally managed.
The issues didn?t stop at the facilities. When I tried to leave the gym, I was rejected on two separate occasions, even after providing sufficient evidence that I was moving out of the area. This led to arrears building up on my account. I was subjected to constant hounding with calls and messages, which added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. On top of that, their online payment system consistently failed, leaving me unable to settle the balance. Instead of resolving the issue, they escalated the matter to a debt collection agency and added fees, which I refused to pay.
To make matters worse, I was eventually forced to travel to Greenwich just to settle the outstanding bill in person, as I was threatened with the debt collection action yet again. This was completely unreasonable and could have been avoided if they had a working payment system and a more customer-focused approach.
Rather than spending time replying to reviews on Google, the owner should focus on providing better care for their customers and addressing the numerous issues with this branch.
The entire experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I wouldn?t recommend this branch to anyone. If you?re considering joining Anytime Fitness, avoid this location ? it?s not worth the frustration.

Super impressed having signed up a few weeks? ago. Every class I?ve experienced (Pilates, Yoga, LBT, body conditioning) has been fantastic with knowledgeable and enthused trainers. A novice re weight training, I?ve been encouraged and stretched. The gym is clean, well equipped and there?s always someone on hand. Particular thanks to Imran and Ewa who have been fantastic in terms of building confidence and pushing my endurance! I think it excellent value if looking for varied group classes which are fun and effective.

Really nice gym with a very good equipment selection. Spacious with a nice staff and music not played too loud. Everyone will easily find some equipment from beginners to advanced gym goers. If you live in the area that can be your must sign up gym ?

Please take my message very seriously and the following I?m about to say. Check your app, on my app it says my contract is until 2099 and I?ve been in touch with them before regarding my financial state due to my loss of job, which I provided proof for, I wanted to freeze my account. They blamed me with lying and said I wrote the letter myself, which was written by my account. Yes the company was under my name but it was shut due to bankruptcy hence why I lost my job. On a daily basis I?m receiving messages and every time I try and explain myself they still continue to refuse to listen to me and have now started sending letters home threatening to send it to the debit collector. I would recommend to stay clear from this company. There are much better gyms locally and no one has had this problem at other gyms, only this one. I am going to share this letter on social media as well. Thank you for your timeAs a welresponse to everything you have said, it seems like you have accepted what you?ve done. Firstly, you contracted my membership until 2099, secondly, you can easily go and look at company house to see that my business is shut and all the details linked to it. Letters will not solve this problem. Thirdly, I expressed my situation where I was bankrupt and you ignored me and my situation and continued to send messages and calls as well as emails. Some even saying I need to lay extra. Fourthly, you are threatening to pass it on to debit collectors. Just give me a response to all of these. I have kept proof of everything as well as the contract and I will gather all of this together if needed. I have members of my family who still attend your gym and I will be advising them not to. This is the first time I?ve experienced something like this. I did come to you before as well, even had PT lessons. I think this is ridiculous, it genuinely feels like a scam and I do not recommend it to anyone. I wish you was able to respond to all of these.You are also disturbing me and my family with your calls, to the extent where you contacted my wife. It is honestly outrageous.

Friendly staff which are always ready to help with a smile on their face, good machines to do different kind of exercises, many classes for you to choose from. Even though the gym is not giant, is just perfect, as is not full of people which is good when you want some privacy, the toilets are individuals which gives you 100% privacy. There are also many females training at the gym (which gives me more confidence to train as a women).
