    I've had an appointment today with Dr Cross. I believe that to say Thanks wouldn't be enough. I had no opportunity to see my local GP for about 2 years (if not longer) and it wasn't possible to book in advance as they ,,have on available time slots" no matter when I've called.     The loveliest doctor's receptionists I've ever encountered and compassionate doctors and nurses who take their time and have holisitic approach, in a surgery which utilises technology to make it easier to book and manage your appointments.
