The staff have always been kind. The prices are great and lower than others in the area. I like taking my things here because they are so friendly.I'm baffled by the negative comments. These shops are small and only have a certain amount of space. They have a big centre off Sutton High Street for big drops. We know people who have stayed at the hospice. The care was great. This is a charity worthy of support.

Unfriendly staff, seemed offended that we had brought too much to donate?! Took to cancer research 2 doors down and they welcomed it all

This shop needs to take a leaf out of their branch at Stonecot Hill....where the staff are helpful and polite....not so here at this branch.... My husband purchased an item of knitwear only to find a very large whole in the sleeve when he got home....he returned it the next day as he was told he could by the member of staff who served him if he found anything wrong as sometimes things were not checked over very well before they were put out for sale...a different gentleman was serving when he returned it and he called his "manager" from out the back only to be spoken to very rudely by her,he had the till receipt but not the swing tag with the price on it....she practically accused him of not buying it there and said if he couldn't find the other tag they could not do anything about it or he could return to the shop when the lady who originally served him would be there to vouch that he bought it there....totally disgusted with their attitude....I will not be giving my money, donations or charity to this branch in the future!

I thought I`d done a review of this charity, however to make sure, I know this is related to St.Anthony`s Hospice in North Cheam.
