I am a very old customer of toolstation. but this lady Hafiza makes me feel so uncomfortable that i dont feel like continuing buying stufffrom here. She doesn't have any customer skills.and to my surprise she is a manager there, she is so arrogant and talk so roughly when i asked for product then she went to pick up the stuff and laughing around with the colleague. Extremely bad costumer service.
