Customer Services is unrivalled! Everytime I need a solution for the job I'm doing staff always recommend the best products. One guy in particular (salt & pepper hair, beard) clearly knows what he's talking about and is always happy to help.

I don?t advise anyone to buy from here! I ordered two pairs of DeWalt shoes online from them and they were sent from a third party seller that works with them. When the shoes come I tried out the largest pair to see if it fits me (I have extra wide feet, so it?s difficult to find proper shoes). Unfortunately the shoes were quite tight and I had to send them back. I waited for a week for my refund, but as I heard nothing from them so I called the third party where I had to send the shoes back and they confirmed that they received the package and that will follow with a refund in short time from Toolstation. Waited for another week and nothing. I go to the Toolstation near me and present them the situation with all the info I have, the young guy there told me he checked the return but he can?t approve the refund not having the authority, so he told me to come next day to speak to his manager. I came next day and his manager tells me he can?t refund as he doesn?t have the confirmation of the return and that the third party needs to confirm the return. Next week I call again the third party and explain the situation and they tell me the return is confirmed and that ?they (Toolstation) are a little bit cheeky? and that they will try to solve it for me. I waited for an other week and finally received my refund. In the meantime I also opened a chat with Toolstation and reported the issue there. They made me feel like a ping pong ball as I received no confirmation for return, no assurance that I will receive my refund and when I would speak to one, they would send me to the other, so I really feared I gonna lose my money. I felt the third party was more understanding and more interested by far in solving the issue then Toolstation was. I will make sure for a long time from now on will not buy anything from them as I had enough of my time and nerves waisted for something that should be as easy as ?Bob?s your uncle?.

Good service by all other staff. Supervisor was stubborn. Didn't get Toolstation club discount even after phoning customer service. Have to wait 48 hours. Bought drill set without discount. Will go back to a store and get a refund, then buy back with entitled discount!

Check For Sealed Packing!
Package was not sealed and strimmer was used. Battery charge only lasted 10 minutes before going flat and fully recharged in 25 minutes. Clearly I was sold a second hand and used product.
Always check contents and whether packaging is properly sealed as new.
Returned for refund. They didn?t seem surprised?

RESPONSE; I?ve learnt my lesson. First and last purchase from Toolstation. Clearly this was fraud. Someone at the store used the strimmer then put it back into stock for some mug customer to buy! I was the mug this time and Toolstation will never have an opportunity to do that to me again? It?s simply FRAUD?
