BAD SERVICE. PATHETIC STAFF. RACIEST , DEEPLY DISRESPECTFUL ATTITUDE TOWARDS PEOPLE BY A MIDDLE AGED -OLD SECURITY STAFF . STORE MANAGER IS UNABLE TO MANAGE OR CONTROL BAD BEHAVIORS FROM STAFF. I DID NOTICE RUDE, IMPOLITE BEHAVIOR FOR OTHER PEOPLE WHEN IN THE STORE BEFORE BUT FACED MYSELF FEW DAYS AGO WITHOUT ANY FAULT. ALREADY RAISED COMPLAINT. THIS IS WHY THERE ARE SO MANY POOR REVIEWS GIVEN BY PEOPLE HERE. USED TO VISIT THIS STORE MOST DAYS AS IT IS CLOSER BUT CAN'T HANDLE THIS ANYMORE. HOPING TESCO TAKES SUCH COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY. OVERALL GOOD STORE WITH A BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF WHO NEEDS TRAINING. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Racist and suspicious security guard continuously looking into my bag of things i already paid for as I?m standing waiting for my partner to finish paying. Disgusting behaviour coming from a fellow minority- still stared as i walked out. Looks like Tesco is training its security to look out for black shoppers. Avoid this place what a joke

Went into Tesco's to buy few items as it was a very hot day and there was higher volume of customers inside the store. Was patient enough to wait around in the queue even though the direction of the key was wrong. Few people jumped in front after that. Finally got down to self-serve encounter once we got there. I had a red ball which was needed to be verified by a member of staff. All the self-serving till at that moment was asking for assistance that was patiently waiting. When suddenly the lady behind the counter for no reason start yelling at me and telling me to scan the product quickly. This is unappropriate as I was waiting for one of the staff to come in. Approve the drink so I can finish off scanning all of my product and leave the store she kept on picking on me rather than all the other five till customers. Waiting for assistance at the same time. I have asked her politely and told her the situation even though she was really angry and frustrated for some reason and she was taking the frustration out on me. Finally, the supervisor came who was very friendly and helpful. Calm the situation down and I have explain to him what happened. I then asks for the name of the female who was behind the tail who did not have a name tag on. She did not provide the name. Then I had to ask the supervisor to provide the name. These kind of customer service is not acceptable. They need more training how to deal with customers especially when there's a high volume of customers waiting. The female staff name was sham I think. Please give training to your staff how to deal with customers that would give your store a better rating in future

Stock is always sparse (I believe this is bc of a policy change within the company forcing the employees to stock during business hours) and it?s always very busy. That being said, the staff is always really friendly and helpful!

Convenient location right next to ExCel centre and the many hotels surrounding. Very busy at times being hard to move around the store due to its small size, shelves are often out of stock so have to try early in the morning to have any luck of getting items such as cases of water.

There?s a lot of staff that work in the shop but there?s never anybody about to help if you need any inquiries and if you do find somebody it?s 50-50 whether the person is rude or just not helpful or you get followed by the security. even though this is my local shop I really go over there because of the attitude of the staff
