Possibly the dirtiest cafe I?ve been in - rubbish, crumbs and general dirt all over the floor, tables and chairs. Efficient staff hence the 2 stars.

Good food as always. I am a disabled woman that has a bladder problem and asked where the toliets are and they said theyre closed and i asked even the disabled toliets because i am disabled. They said that their toliet is downstairs and because there is a private party downstairs i couldnt use the toliets. GET YOUR OWN BLOODY TOLIET FOR CRYING OUT LOUD

Very nice place to have a quick stop for coffee and a bite to eat. However it was on a Sunday morning, so possibly could get very busy during the week down to it's location.

Ice latte lavender matcha very watery no flavour at all like I had milk water disappointed tbh. Dunno if the staff make drink well. Try another place

I have avoided Starbucks for many years because I do not like their coffee.
So I went here with my daughter for a hot chocolate.
We ordered and we were having food as well. I was then told that it is card payments only.
Sorry but is that still going on over 4 years since lockdowns ended. Is it me or should they be taking cash now?.
So I will continue my avoidance of Starbucks after this.

Customer service assistant not friendly. No greeting at all. No clean table available and they don?t care about customer. Need to improve customer service asap

3 of the 4 coffees absolutely disgusting. Coffee was burnt in those three and way way too
Much caramel in two of them . Couldn?t stir them there was so much in the cup. Sorry guys but not up to standard.
