Called to collect items, approached the desk was told repeatedly that I had to use the electronic apparatus to collect my order. I received my items and returned to the store to see if I had left my phone to find that someone else was getting her items from her phone app !!
Found his attitude quite rude.
Shame really as use screwfix in my local area in County Durham and they nothing but courteous.

Really friendly and helpful staff, sometimes i would rather drive a bit longer and come on this shop instead of going to another screwfix.

I'been there because just i want to buy some screw ,Gary was the seller guy.Before i got there o thought maybe the guy could help me figure out the size of screw. When i told him can you help me please about this size of screw ? He started to saying to me i'm NOT a builder, and he said to me to take the measure tape and do yourself somewhere else... So this was the help.Then waited a bit he's other colleg came to me and he was kind he said even doesn't exist this screw what i'm looking for it only ,wood screw's. So now i'm disappointed about screwfix i hope not see them again .

I visited your store today to purchase some tools. After completing my order, I waited for collection, only to be informed later by the staff that the item would only be available tomorrow.
When I requested to cancel the order, the staff member?an English gentleman?told me that cancellation was not possible until the item arrived at the location. I asked why this was not explained to me beforehand, but instead of providing a helpful response, he rudely insisted that he had informed me and that I simply hadn't listened.
I found his attitude dismissive and unprofessional, which made for a very frustrating experience. His lack of clear communication and poor customer service directly impacted my schedule, as my planned work for the day had to be postponed.
I strongly believe that better training in customer service and communication is necessary to prevent such incidents in the future. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address this issue appropriately.

I was assisted by Sadiq earlier this month at Canning Town. His expertise, knowledge and customer service was first class. I understand he has now been promoted and manages a different branch. I wish him well.

Poor customer service on a Sunday compared to weekdays and Saturday. Not sure if it is short staffed or if (what looked like kids/students working on the day) they just could not be bothered to assist in moving the trolley a bit further to the car when this was not a big deal. Apparently everything is to the discretion of the staff working there, how they serve you and how they give you the goods. Poor management to top it off, no point arguing with the CUSTOMER. Just had to deal with the minor problem instead of getting defensive about it.

They close earlier than usual.
Unfortunately I have had a bad experience travelling from far away and when I arrived at the branch they were already closed.
If it closes at 6, it must be 6 pm.
That makes such a difference!
Remember that 1 client that arrives before the shop closing x 1 client per branch x 30 days = millions of profits every year.

What's the point in having 4 tills but only having 1 serving customers while 3 staff are folding clothes and stacking shelves, appalling customer services, then when I do get served I tell the employee I have 2 orders to collect (I showed him both on my phone) he returns with only one, then he gives me an odd look and wonders while I'm still standing there so I have to get my phone back out to show him I have another order, the saying comes to mind "you had one job" come on screwfix Canning Town you need to do better and it being Sunday is no excuse. I will be back soon to see if you can up your game
