Staff named Tony extremely racist and rude! Don't be in customer service if you don't intend to provide any!! He asked if i, asian woman understood english when I was trying to explain to him that since i was unable to print 2 labels with 1 QR code, i would compile my 2 bags into 1 big bag, and paste the label instead. He kept arguing that I couldn't do that. I'm not sure why.Also, he forced me to pay extra for a tracked 48 postage when my intention was to get the cheapest postage. Extremely rude guy who seems to be so miserable with his life and job.

During my recent visit to the post office, I encountered an issue with a printed Royal Mail label I had mistakenly placed on the wrong type of envelope. Unfortunately, my experience seeking assistance from one of the employees was far from helpful. Due to my eyesight, I was unable to see his name tag clearly, but he appeared to be in his 40s with thinning black hair. Instead of offering a solution or guidance on how to correct the mistake with the envelope, his response was dismissive and rude, stating, "I don't know, I don't care," without even a basic greeting. This interaction left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer service, highlighting a need for improvement in how customers are treated and assisted.
