Avoid and look for another post office! Disgusting place. You can cut the cigarette smoke smell inside. What kind of post office, not even allowed to smoke inside the pub so how come here is completely fine. Second of all i meet here the rudest shop assistant that I ever seen in my life. Literally shouted at me for no reason so I just left.

I am very satisfied with the service, the friendliest man works there, who will always give advice and help with the shipment. I don't speak English well, but he always understands what I need to send and how to do it. Thank you very much to the employee of this post office.

Worker really rude and unhelpful. Was rude towards the lady in front of me when she just asked a general post office question and he couldn?t be bothered to answer her so he just told her to had to go and find out. On my turn, I was directed form the London Victoria Docks delivery office that my parcel was here and he just turned me around without checking any system and just looking at some parcels next to him.

Service was fine when I went in on Tuesday afternoon. I found the man behind the counter quite rude though. The door was stiff and didn't close when I walked in. Despite the fact that there was no one in there and my transaction was quick, he ordered me to close the door before serving me. I said I could have done this on the way out, but he claimed that he was cold and needed to keep the heat in. It was a mild day and if he had been more polite, it wouldn't have seemed so bad, but his attitude wasn't nice. I suppose it depends on what you look like the way he speaks to people as he might have been different if I had been a 6ft tall geezer rather than a small older woman. The man who was in there for years was lovely and it is a shame he has now retired.

Don't Bother Going...Owner makes up his own lunch breaks, leaves early for them and is rude! He has changed his lunch nearly every time I went and leaves a note on the door.... but he left every time about 10 mins earlier I can't even tell you how much you should go somewhere else.

Person who works there is always polite and most important thing for me is quick service. Even longest queue is moving fast there. Dropping off parcels there for many years, never been missing.
