Seriously, think before you eat here. We've gotten food from this place twice this week, and both times someone got a stomachache, threw up, and had diarrhea!

DO NOT USE THIS MCDONALD'S. I wish I could give this McDonald's zero stars honestly. So many of my orders are wrong via Just Eat and they usually are missing food or too cold to eat. Decided to start using the drive thru and it's no better. 4 visits recently and everytime something is missing or wrong. Tonight was the final straw. Spent 15 minutes in the queue for drive thru which is fine, busy is busy and the lady taking the order was pleasant enough. 2nd window to handover the food and as I start driving off, I realise my order is wrong. I'm missing a McFlurry. Drive back around and spend another 15 minutes in the queue and whilst I'm there, I decide to check the food bag and there's no fries. I ordered 6 items and 2 were missing. But then when I get to the 2nd window to collect my missing items, the lady accuses me and said she alresdy gave me the items that were missing. Only after assuring her I didn't receive them did she give me what was missing. I shall go to a different McDonald's in future or find an alternative that's local.

I was really disappointed with my experience. The place wasn?t even that busy, yet it took an unusually long time for them to prepare my order. What made it worse was that the staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than actually attending to customers. I understand having a friendly work environment, but when it starts to affect service and makes customers feel ignored, it becomes a problem. I was expecting better and hope they can improve their focus moving forward.

????? Terrible Experience ? Avoid This McDonald?s at Canning Town.
Absolutely awful experience. Be very careful with the parking here, there?s confusing and poorly marked parking enforcement in place, and I was unfairly charged for parking ?in the wrong place.? No proper signage, no clear warnings, just a trap to fine honest customers.
As for the service, it was slow and disorganised. Staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly. The food was cold, stale, and definitely not up to McDonald?s usual standard.
Overall, this branch is a complete letdown. Poor service, terrible food, and sneaky parking charges. Save yourself the stress, don?t come here.

Absolutely awful. Took them 25 minutes to serve me a Diet Coke and chicken wrap. The hijabi woman at the counter had the gall to say see you soon. Never again.
