Anyone and everyone please be wary that this company has employees who are thieves! They especially rely on Xmas period when it?s busy! I ordered from dunelm few items, only the cheapest item came but the expensive item had been apparently ?delayed? with no further tracking info all of a sudden. I called dunelm and gave them to ask where my other items are and according to dunelm, dhl informed them that they delivered the most expensive item and instead the other cheaper items had been delayed. After investigating, it had transpired that someone in dhl swapped the consignment labels that gets scanned. This means that when your item is delivered, they scan the label, it will show that the so called delayed and expensive item had been delivered, although it hadn?t. This is a way the thieves working for dhl conceal their illegal work. I have CCTV and sent it to dunelm to show which item has been delivered and they fully acknowledged something fishy had happened and is currently under investigation!

Just been there ,the staff was so rude ,none considerate serving one customer for over 42mins it's a joke express means xpress DHL should check or retrain front desk staff,two customers left did not post coz the guy was a joke

Either dishonest or incompetent couriers. You'll be lucky if you get your parcel on a 3rd attempt after numerous phone calls with customer services who work from their kitchens with dogs barking and kids crying in the background.

I was told to wait for my parcel to be sent as I was told that the system is down and may not be possible to send my parcel my today. Really disappointed with such a big organisation to let its customers down with such a slow service.

The manager on the site on the 28th of July 2021 came to assist me when posting my parcel. He responded to my need around almost the closing time. He went over and beyond to ensure my parcel met up the deadline that evening. I very was satisfied. Its a same I did not take his name. Thank you once again.

It was almost £20 cheaper to drop pf our A4 size document package at this DHL Hub rather than drop it off at a local authorised 'drop off' point. The 'DHL Docklands 'building is very modern and extremely well thought out and very accessible for the mobility impaired, includingToilet facilities. The counter service was highly professional, helpful and courteous. I guess you would be unlikely to find a local 'drop off' point as knowleagable and certainly not as quick if speed were of the essence. Our package was dispatched from this depot at about 8pm and the following day on its way accross the Atlantic. It is worth looking up 'DHL Docklands' on Google Maps or Waze before setting off as it is nearer Barking than Docklands itself. We have found DHL an very secure way of sending important docments abroad. On this occassion going to the DHL Express Docklands Service Point was not only cheaper but a much faster way of getting documents to our intended recipient.

Rude staff, extremely slow and the arrogance is unbelievable. The lady in front of me waited nearly an hour. Staff swearing and swaggering, seriously bad outfit.

They delivered the parcel to the WRONG STREET outside the agreed time delivery slot.The person who received the parcel tried to contact them without response for multiple days and had to track my name on the internet to find my email and handle me back the parcel.I gave DHL this person contact details so they could rearrange the collection. They never contacted him, just attempted to randomly show up at his place when he wasn't present.I ended having to collect the parcel by myself.I only have it because the person who received it tracked me down online.Absolutely disgraceful service by DHL and it's courier from this service point.

Excellent service at the delivery centre. Lots of parking. Service lift outside for larger items. Adhering to covid rules inside with a spacious reception area. Helpful staff. Use of staff trolley for moving large item to car was extremely helpful. Trolley was offer too which was a nice touch.

No stars at all. DHL company delivered my parcel to the wrong address and didn't give it back to me. They left my parcel to someone's else's door no matter that my parcel was been with signature. But worst thing that they confirmed via tracking number that my parcel was been delivered to me and sign by my name. I didn't received my item, and no refund money. Because the seller has proof via tracking number that my parcel been delivered to me.. DHL company didn't reply to my calls for weeks, I always called and ask again and again about my parcel. I spend a lot money for phone bills. DHL shipping and service - very POOR QUALITY!

Update: Saturday 5th Dec:Still no sign of my delivery and I can no longer find its location when tracking the waybill number. I have finally made contact with a customer service representative and have been told it?s coming on Monday 7th Dec (it will be day 5 of waiting at home for it to arrive for a job that was scheduled for Friday 4th)Paid an exorbitant amount of money for a 3 day door to door service... no Avenue for making a complaint... no option for reimbursement or discount. Horrendous service.It took two days to get from China to the UK and 5 days to get from Barking (Docklands) to Hackney!?Thursday 3rd Dec:Trying to call number does not work? Paid 100?s of £?s to have a small package delivered today, for a job tomorrow, only for the driver to drive past the property without attempting a delivery. No phone call from the driver, just a text message saying delivery was attempted but nobody was home. Which is a blatant lie. Shocking service, there should be an option for zero stars.

The couriers here don't deliver packages no cards let. So if you use dhl you be visiting here a lot
