I was looking for something quick and healthy before my flight. I was actually really impressed by the quality and freshness of the food. I also loved my iced oat latte! Staff was kind and worked quickly. This was my first time trying a Caffe Nero, and I will be back.

Quality is in line with the rest of the chain. A good quality but limited range of food as the cooler area is small.
Staff were very friendly and efficient, which is a pleasure when you're in a busy airport. The seating area is adjoined to the main waiting area but is a little more comfortable, worth the price of an americano if the waiting area is full.

Absolutely amazing. Located in the centre of very nice and newly refurbished Lomdon City Airport departure lounge. They have an amazing efficiency and freshness of the foods and drinks.

A medium cappuccino weighs heavier than the large cappuccino but they failed to understand that the larger drink should weigh more, so they insisted on making them again for them to weigh the same?? I gave up trying to explain about liquid volumes and weights. I?ll save my £20 next time to buy some unicorn tears or magic beans.

Toasted bacon and egg was just bland with the only noticeable taste being the ketchup. Staff were nice enough.. coffee wasn't great either - will try other places in future trips. Staff were really friendly and nice.

Always busy because of airport. Good and quick service even there was a long queue. Coffee is fine as well as sandwich toasted.

Popped in for coffee and croissants whilst waiting to check in at Birmingham Airport. Small crowded area, service was slow and not very cheery and very expensive. We also had to clear our table from the left overs of the previous customer.

truly outstanding. the biscuits are fresh and delicious, the sandwiches are of all types and are very very good and there are many types of drinks. perhaps the prices are a bit high, but at the airport it is normal. 5 stars deserved.

I had to place the ?coffee? they made me back on their counter, beyond horrible. Went to soul + grain nearby and had an oddly good experience there (considering it?s an airport). Enough said
