I was looking for something quick and healthy before my flight. I was actually really impressed by the quality and freshness of the food. I also loved my iced oat latte! Staff was kind and worked quickly. This was my first time trying a Caffe Nero, and I will be back.

Quality is in line with the rest of the chain. A good quality but limited range of food as the cooler area is small. Staff were very friendly and efficient, which is a pleasure when you're in a busy airport. Usually best spot for breakfast at LCY, but a "toasted" (cold) sausage bap wasn't ideal!
