The only ATMs in Excel, if you think you need cash before going to an event get it elsewhere as there will be an hour queue here

I decided to rate them with three stars, only for the quick transactions. Nothing more... They're short-staffed (always have to wait in a line for at least 40 mins), the bank is not as clean as everyone would expect from such giant company.
